The application of Engagement360 is an easy-to-use and straightforward insight tool, so it's hard to find anything I dislike. **What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a Campaign Specialist, the information and data I send my clients is a pivotal part of resolving any queries. When problems arise on the client's end, I can ensure by using Engagement360 that the client has had a good look at the data before accepting any responsibility for issues that might have arisen. ### 6. Seriously, the amount of support you get is unbelievable. I genuinely mean that my entire team was so freaking bright and well-versed with the software. Zack is world-class and Eric has been a great extra hand. You just feel so taken care of by their team. It's like having another sales ops person to bounce ideas off of and help you identify gaps and uncover meaningful insights about your org. They have built the software and their onboarding in a way that seems to balance best practices and customizability, meaning, they know what great looks like, but they also are able to make tweaks to help you cater the software to your org's needs as you get there. There's so much about this team that's so impressive. **What do you dislike about Mediafly?** There really isn't much. Most things I thought were missing ended up being released a couple months after. They listen to their customers and intuitively know their market and what a sales org needs. **What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?** God where do I start? Pipeline analysis, better trend/historical tracking, SALESFORCE HYGIENE (the out of the box and customizable proactive alerting has been a big hit on my team. It's a win/win. Our reps have a much easier time keeping their salesforce clean, so the reps are happy and management is too.) Summed up, the general problem was creating a holistic, accurate, actionable view of the inputs that make up our pipeline. The MediaFly team could incorporate their knowledge of what worked for other "similar" customers into the setup phase, resulting in a calculator that was both useful to prospective customers and an effective demand generator for the marketing department. **What do you dislike about Mediafly?** MediaFly was required to host our Cost Savings Calculator, which is the only disadvantage I can think of. I would prefer if the calculator could have been installed on our server. Except for this one minor requirement, I have no complaints. **What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been using the MediaFly Savings Calculator as a lead generator and top-of-funnel sales tool. The calculator is used for marketing purposes to log incoming questions, track potential customers for follow-up, and determine whether or not they qualify as marketing leads. It's a conversation starter for our sales team, illustrating how much money potential customers could save by switching to our cloud-based data backup and recovery service. ### 17. Sometimes is a few minutes and sometimes much longer. It is powerful, comprehensive, and has a sleek and modern interface. With such a complex tool, change management, onboarding, and support is critical. This is where the support team comes in. The IS2 customer success team has been incredible when it comes to teaching us to learn the platform and helping us to find how to get the most value. They have become trusted advisors and we can't be more grateful to have them! **What do you dislike about Mediafly?** Insight Sqaured is very complex and it takes time to learn. This is not quite something they can fi from a product perspective, but it is worth keeping in mind. **What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Taking Salesforce data, which is somewhat stagnant, and turning it into more actionable and useful insights. This is very helpful because I work remotely, with team members and managers across the US. It's easier than emailing files back and forth. **What do you dislike about Mediafly?** The user interface is rather flat, and the variety of options/menus/etc can sometimes make it hard to find something. Just a little bit of cleaning up and improving the interface could go a long way. **Recommendations to others considering Mediafly:** It's great to use and very quick to upload. If you have experience using file sharing, you'll enjoy Mediafly. **What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mentioned before that I work remotely, and that is easily resolved by using Mediafly.
