**What do you like best about MechMate?**

This app has decreased the time from booking in a customer to invoicing and getting paid, before we used to use a book which I used to take home and each night fit people in a week in front.

Honestly this has changed this for us, thank you!

**What do you dislike about MechMate?**

Not a fan of paying for the app but I am a tight yorkshireman as they say, I just keep reminding myself how much time it is saving me and my business.

**What problems is MechMate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had an issue prior to using MechMate whereby I would be booking our staff in using the holy grail we used to call it (an A4 Book) - issue with this was that I would always be a week behind in bookings plus if I was not at the garage I could not schedule things in as my book was not with me yet my mechanics also needed it.

Another solution this fixed was the auto invoicing, now I am not chasing for payment as much as the system will do this for me and clearly shows who has & has not paid. 

The other item I find really good is when you book a customer & their car in it creates them a profile, this is brilliant if you want to go back to that profile and see case notes from previous visits, lets say you attempt a fix but this did not solve the problem so the customer returns, another mechanic can see what was done and progess onto the next step.

The app also has AI to help with diagnostics starting with the least expensive, although we do not use it, its very impression with the suggestions it comes up with!
