**What do you like best about MealStack?**

I really appreciate that MealStack is built specifically for nutrition professionals, which makes it much more than a generic practice management tool. It combines meal planning, client management, clinical documentation, appointment scheduling, and client engagement all in one place, which significantly simplifies my workflow. The food database is especially valuable to me as it includes Indian foods with portion sizes that are relevant to my clients. I also value the nutrient analysis, structured SOAP/ADIME documentation, and the client portal, which makes it easier for clients to access their plans and stay engaged between consultations. The AI-assisted meal planning capability is another standout feature, reducing the time spent creating personalized plans while still allowing for professional oversight. Overall, MealStack helps me spend less time on administrative tasks and more time focusing on client outcomes.

**What do you dislike about MealStack?**

As a relatively new platform, there are still areas where I would like to see continued enhancements. Some advanced workflows and customization options are still evolving, and there are occasional features that I would like to see expanded further based on the needs of different nutrition practice models. There is also a learning curve when transitioning from traditional tools such as Excel and WhatsApp to a structured practice management platform, although this is expected with any comprehensive system.

**What problems is MealStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MealStack simplifies my nutrition practice by centralizing client management, meal planning, nutrient analysis, and communication into one platform. It saves time, streamlines workflows, and reduces manual data handling, replacing multiple tools like Excel and WhatsApp with a more efficient and professional system.
