I like that FitBudd is quick to respond and always available to help. It makes it easy to build my app. I appreciate how it helps me customize my customer experience. I'm also using the workouts and nutrition features, and although I'm still learning how to use them, they seem valuable to me. The setup was very easy, which was a big plus. I really like FitBudd because it makes reaching clients with ease and clear communication possible. I find the app very easy to use, and everything about it is convenient. When we switched from using Google Sheets to FitBudd, I found the transition seamless and easy, which was one of my main reasons for switching. It can be super intimidating to create and launch an app. I had the best experience with the people at FitBudd. The process from the beginning was exceptional. My "sales" guy (I use that in quotes because he was not like a typical high pressure sales person) answered all of my questions thoroughly, and if he did not know the answer, he found it for me in a timely manner. My account set up person and the tech person also had excellent communication. Any issue I was experiencing, they worked to fix it in a very timely manner, and best of all, they kept in constant communication with me. I had a very specific wants list as I was looking for an on-demand library, like Netflix, with an auto play feature since our workouts are dance fitness.
