**What do you like best about FitBudd?**

I like that the Personalised app and website are integrated as one. Client check-ins can be automated, and there are options for video calls and voice memos within the app, which makes it easy to communicate with clients.

I also like that there’s a sales funnel from the website into the backend, so for coaches it makes the sales process feel much more straightforward.

Also the initial onboarding call to help me get set up with the backend process was very helpful as it explained what each feature did and how it provides value to the client.

**What do you dislike about FitBudd?**

I think FitBudd could definitely use more pre-made meal plans, with foods and meals ready to go for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Adding this feature would improve the overall experience for sure and make it easier to get started without having to plan everything from scratch.

Fitbudd helps me solve issues like managing my sales funnel, tracking nutrition and training, reviewing statistics, and handling video calls and scheduling - all within one app.

I like how simple FitBudd is. It solves multiple problems and saves time because everything is technically set up, and I just need to customize it. The ease of navigation is great, and the system is very helpful for upcoming coaches. It stops me from being confused and allows me to put my own spin on things and understand how to do certain tasks within the app. The initial setup was too easy.

Its visually pleasing. Ease of use and simplicity is key to my clients using the consistently app. i love how the home page is laid out for the clients to see their daily tasks of tracking nutrition, water and their workouts

FitBudd is great, especially with the integration that lets you have your own website. I also love their food logging tab. It’s very informative, and being able to scan food items at no extra cost is really beneficial.

The mobile app limits the access I have with my clients. Neither my clients nor I can edit workouts or program anything.

I really like FitBudd because it makes reaching clients with ease and clear communication possible. I find the app very easy to use, and everything about it is convenient. When we switched from using Google Sheets to FitBudd, I found the transition seamless and easy, which was one of my main reasons for switching. On top of that, the initial setup of FitBudd was very easy.

**What do you like best about FitBudd?**

It can be super intimidating to create and launch an app. I had the best experience with the people at FitBudd. The process from the beginning was exceptional. My "sales" guy (I use that in quotes because he was not like a typical high pressure sales person) answered all of my questions thoroughly, and if he did not know the answer, he found it for me in a timely manner. My account set up person and the tech person also had excellent communication. Any issue I was experiencing, they worked to fix it in a very timely manner, and best of all, they kept in constant communication with me. I had a very specific wants list as I was looking for an on-demand library, like Netflix, with an auto play feature since our workouts are dance fitness. I searched far and wide and FitBudd had all these features, plus more for my members. I am beyond happy!

The calorie diary can be improved but at least it is there. I think there are more customizations that can be done with 100 members or more.

I really like how everything occurs on one platform. Meal plans, Exercise routines, cardio routines and even classes can be created and individualized through the one website. They also have a huge database of exercises and foods to choose from.

I wish I could create folders for my meals and exercise routines for easier application to the client's schedule.

Being able to access online clients through a very organized, simple, professional and systematic way. They solve the problem of doing the bulk of the work one time and can generate passive income from that. By creating a software that has everything in one place was very convenient so they are also allowing me to benefit from them by providing that service.

It can be a little confusing on how to create a "plan" or "schedule" in the app to assign to a client but other than that it is pretty easy to use.

**What do you dislike about FitBudd?**

Hard to dislike anything about FitBudd when they offer so many amazing features. I would like to see a dedicated FitBudd app for the Apple Watch and Android devices, the built-in fitband integration does not always sync after completing a workout. Could be just a minor bug with a fix in their next update.

The interface is very user friendly and easy to use. The pricing is also very affordable for the silver membership. The graphs and display of the website also looks very professional

Not being able to put options of excercises meaning client can perform one or the other. Doesn't leave room for modifications
Having to add all excercises to the library is also pretty overwhelming, you should be able to just create a plan by looking up the excercises

The fact that I can give everything my to my clients in one place with my own branding

I wish I could edit my clients profile instead of waiting for them and I want to be able to mass delete or edit exercises instead of one by one

Tracking my clients easier and holding them accountable and receiving 100% of the profits.
