What do you like best about MDBilling.ca?

The software is very easy to use, and intuitive. I like the flexibility to move to their full service if I need it, or hire them at $50/hour. I have used the mobile app a few times, and works great (although I don't always use it). They are very responsive in all their emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MDBilling.ca?

Live 24x7 telephone support would be ideal, as I use the software late at night. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Poor customer service, long response times for emails, lack of pursuance of third party insurance claims. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MDBilling.ca:

Do your homework. Their set up is easy, but other their service once they've already signed you is not very good if you have an issue. There are lots of companies out there, many who charge a much reduced rate than these guys and provide better follow up service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
