I remember seeing some onboarding screens that explain Mattermost shortcuts, but I haven’t been able to find them again. After the latest update, the option to use a GIF as a profile picture also seems to be hidden, it’s quite hard to locate now. Files above 15 MB can’t be shared on Mattermost, and there’s also an issue with SVGs. I have to zip the file first, otherwise Mattermost doesn’t show it as a downloadable asset. For that, we had to rely on WhatsApp Web on our desktops, which often felt awkward because our personal messages were also visible there — it really affected privacy. Centralizes the work of collaboration within teams and external members also from other organization. Document sharing enhances in the app, as it allows to send files from your end to others seamlessly with your team members or even with the external teams also. All the operation involved in the app are completely protected and secured end to end. Mattermost tries its best to meet all enterprise requirements, manage and message instantly. Also it does support to have business calls, conferences, video meets instantly when needed that to with single person or in groups, everything is supported here. Software even allows to integrate with various platform and web pages, to import documents/data and sometimes for connecting with the online business world wide.
