**What do you like best about MatchPoint?**

The platform is exceptionally intuitive and clearly designed with attendee goals at its core. From an organizer’s perspective, integrating MatchPoint into our existing technology stack was seamless, and their team was a true partner throughout the process-proactive, knowledgeable, and committed to ensuring we had everything in place well ahead of our events.

MatchPoint’s robust tools allowed us to track attendee engagement, segment participant types, and ensure our sponsors were fully equipped to build enhanced, high-impact profiles that provide meaningful ROI. 

From the attendee’s point of view, the experience feels equally intentional. MatchPoint asks the right questions to facilitate thoughtful, relevant matches—leading to conversations that are more aligned, more productive, and ultimately more valuable.

**What do you dislike about MatchPoint?**

Like any platform in its early dstages of development there is always room to grow and enhance features. I think what sets them apart from other event tech is that they are always willing to listen to feedback and continue to improve features and capabilities to match their partners' needs. I look forward to seeing more capabilities within MatchPoint in 2026.

**What problems is MatchPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whether you’re attending your first business event or are a seasoned industry professional, networking can feel daunting. Few things are more discouraging than leaving an event with a pocket full of business cards but no meaningful connections to show for it. MatchPoint directly addresses that challenge.

As the way we build relationships has evolved over the past several years, traditional, high-volume networking no longer feels efficient or effective for many attendees. Striking up countless surface-level conversations during a crowded networking hour often yields little return. MatchPoint changes that dynamic by removing the uncertainty from the first introduction.

By integrating MatchPoint into our events, we empower attendees to connect with intention. The platform uses data to guide connections, ensuring conversations are more relevant, more natural, and ultimately more valuable.
