Marveri reviews and organizes the contents of a target's data room, surfaces the provisions that change a deal, and produces first-draft diligence work product, including diligence memos, request lists, cap table tie-outs, disclosure schedules, and more, with every finding cited back to its source document. The automated disclosure schedule drafter is one example: upload the purchase agreement and the data room, and Marveri reads each representation and warranty, finds the responsive documents, and drafts a fully cited first draft of the schedules in Word, with professional conventions and formatting. It is SOC 2 Type II certified, with encryption of data in transit and at rest. ## Marveri Reviews ### 1. It has significantly streamlined how we onboard new clients and prepare for transactions, allowing us to organize and review large volumes of documents and identify key issues much earlier in the process. As a result, we can spend less time on manual document review and more time providing strategic advice to our clients from day one. The platform is intuitive and easy to use. I was initially hesitant to add another technology platform to our workflow, but there was virtually no learning curve, and we saw the benefits almost immediately. The AI is already very good and continues to improve, and the integrations with Microsoft Word and Excel are particularly helpful for our day-to-day work. Marveri has made our team more efficient while also improving the service we’re able to provide our clients. The Marveri team is also highly responsive to feedback and quick to implement suggested improvements, which has made the experience even better over time. I highly recommend Marveri to other corporate and transactional lawyers. Given the time it saves our team and the value we get from the platform, the pricing is a steal. **What do you dislike about Marveri?** At this point, the platform is so well built that I view its primary limitations as the same as those of many of the frontier AI models, which you would expect to diminish over time. **What problems is Marveri solving and how is that benefiting you?** Marveri is solving one of the larger inefficiencies in corporate legal work: the amount of attorney time spent manually organizing, reviewing, and extracting information from large volumes of documents. It has significantly streamlined how we onboard new clients, conduct corporate diligence, and prepare for transactions by helping us quickly understand a company’s history, capitalization, and key corporate issues. The biggest benefit is that our attorneys can spend less time on manual document review and administrative work and more time on substantive legal analysis and strategic advice. It allows us to identify issues earlier, move transactions forward more efficiently, and ultimately provide better and more cost-effective service to our clients.
