We paid approximately $10,000 for a defined service package, expecting agreed deliverables, structured execution, and measurable output. Unfortunately, this was not delivered. Communication was inconsistent throughout the engagement, and despite repeated follow-ups, there was no meaningful progress or completion of the services we were promised. Ultimately, we did not receive what was contracted. We also understood the company to be US-based at the point of engagement, however during the delivery process it became apparent that a significant portion of operations were being handled offshore. This was not clearly communicated to us upfront and did not match our expectations based on how the service was positioned. We made multiple attempts to resolve the issues directly, but the situation remained unresolved. At this stage, we are formally seeking a full refund due to non-delivery of services. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to ensure all deliverables, timelines, and service structure are clearly defined in writing before engaging. My company was sold on lies that they would book qualified meetings, we paid for 50 meetings and they booked zero. I met with our customer success manager every other week and was told the same lies every other week by him that they are trying to make improvements. He was nice, I guess, that is the only positive. They also barely tried. They only making a few hundred dials a month, which isn't going to book meetings. They were slow to make changes to see if they could get meetings booked, which meant that by the end of the contract they had done nothing to provide any value for my company.
