**What do you like best about MarketJoy?**

Nothing, they have been providing mis-informtion from day 1

**What do you dislike about MarketJoy?**

Communication was inconsistent throughout the engagement, and despite repeated follow-ups, there was no meaningful progress or completion of the services we were promised. Ultimately, we did not receive what was contracted.

We also understood the company to be US-based at the point of engagement, however during the delivery process it became apparent that a significant portion of operations were being handled offshore. This was not clearly communicated to us upfront and did not match our expectations based on how the service was positioned.

**Recommendations to others considering MarketJoy:**

We had a very disappointing experience with MarketJoy.

We paid approximately $10,000 for a defined service package, expecting agreed deliverables, structured execution, and measurable output. Unfortunately, this was not delivered.

Communication was inconsistent throughout the engagement, and despite repeated follow-ups, there was no meaningful progress or completion of the services we were promised. Ultimately, we did not receive what was contracted.

We also understood the company to be US-based at the point of engagement, however during the delivery process it became apparent that a significant portion of operations were being handled offshore. This was not clearly communicated to us upfront and did not match our expectations based on how the service was positioned.

We made multiple attempts to resolve the issues directly, but the situation remained unresolved.

At this stage, we are formally seeking a full refund due to non-delivery of services.

Based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to ensure all deliverables, timelines, and service structure are clearly defined in writing before engaging.

**What do you like best about MarketJoy?**

MarketJoy Inc. delivers genuinely qualified leads for our manufacturing business. Their support team is responsive, and the onboarding process was smooth and well-structured. I can see why they have a lot of clients in this industry

**What do you dislike about MarketJoy?**

Results took some time to get, but the quality made it worthwhile. Additional targeting flexibility would be a welcome improvement, but in the long run, it kept us on track.

**Recommendations to others considering MarketJoy:**

Highly recommended for businesses seeking targeted B2B leads within the various segments of Manufacturing.

**What problems is MarketJoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a dependable way to connect with decision-makers in our manufacturing industry without spending excessive time on manual prospecting and cold outreach. What we provide is niche so the time it took to do it in house was not paying off.

**What do you like best about MarketJoy?**

To be honest, there is nothing I like about MarketJoy.  My company was sold on lies that they would book qualified meetings, we paid for 50 meetings and they booked zero.  I met with our customer success manager every other week and was told the same lies every other week by him that they are trying to make improvements.  He was nice, I guess, that is the only positive.

**What do you dislike about MarketJoy?**

The only reason that we signed up was to get qualified meetings booked, and they never booked a single meeting.  They also barely tried.  They only making a few hundred dials a month, which isn't going to book meetings.  They were slow to make changes to see if they could get meetings booked, which meant that by the end of the contract they had done nothing to provide any value for my company.

**Recommendations to others considering MarketJoy:**

I would look for any other company besides MarketJoy to help you build pipeline.  We've tried other organizations for this purpose, and we've had moderate success with some others, but MarketJoy has had by far the worst results.

**What problems is MarketJoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MarketJoy is supposed to help build pipeline by generating real opportunities for their customers, however since they haven't provided anything during our partnership, I have to say that MarkeJoy solves ZERO problems and has provided no value that benefits me.

I have worked with MarketJoy on numerous projects. I have always found them to adapt quickly and, even though no outbound campaign is perfect, MarketJoy delivered what I needed at the end of the day. They just needed some time to ramp up their outbound strategies
 and we were off to the races!

**What do you dislike about MarketJoy?**

At first I was concerned about the offshore team but they proved to be as solid as anyone I could hire internally.

**Recommendations to others considering MarketJoy:**

Trust their process. Give them time. As a client I was quick to demand results but with a little trust and patience MarketJoy got me to where I needed to be.

MarketJoy has been a trusted partner on lead generation campaigns, event attendence campaigns, software integrations and pipeline generation.

They are available. Always willing to jump on a call and will work with your schedule. Flexible regarding changes that may yield better results.

Not an A-Z process. It only porvudes a very initial contact, does not set actual meeting. Some of the leads are not properly targeted.

**Recommendations to others considering MarketJoy:**

Set clear goals and target perameters at the beginning. They will make sure that they focus where they need to, but if you are not clear on your needs it will cause a loss of effort.

Visibility & communication.  Scripts seem to be effective way of reacing targets.

Results have been underwhelming due to the lack of buyer impact and influence for making decisions across larger accounts.

Be very specific with the size of customers you're wanting to connect with.  Should have a minimum number of doors identified for each target.

We are getting points of contact and making connections.  Though often times with just single locations and not buyers for corporate or franchise opportunities.

**What do you like best about MarketJoy?**

The customization and teamwork. Raj was outstanding - the whole team was very thoughtful and sincerely wanted to help us succeed on our campaign.

**What do you dislike about MarketJoy?**

We weren't as successful as we had hoped, but we knew this from the outset. We are a very specialized financial advisory firm. This type of outreach is quite novel in our industry, so it is not for everyone. The access to emails to prep for in-person conferences was very helpful!

**What problems is MarketJoy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The MarketJoy team is extremely responsive. The turnaround time on requests has been impressive, and the lists MarketJoy provided are outstanding. They’re able to find the right people at our target companies.

In the past, we’ve used LinkedIn to find contact information, and it would take forever to find the right email address. Just getting the right email address is valuable.

We ended up landing a deal with one of the leads MarketJoy provided. The first conversation didn’t go anywhere, but later we connected with this company and because we’d already had a conversation, the whole engagement process was more efficient.

Other lead generation companies have been reaching out to us, and my response to all of them has been, “no thanks, we’re good.” I would highly recommend working with MarketJoy.

I like how they handle all the outreach so our sales team can focus on selling.

Sometimes leads are low quality or our sales team has a hard time getting in contact after initial contact has been established.

They are a good team of people and have great customer service. With any lead gen partner, it's important to pay close attention to the quality of leads as some of them aren't so great.

Very responsive team that's open to feedback and is very proactive when changes are needed.

No downsides come to mind! We are only a few months into our relationship, but I don't have any criticisms.

I've used 5 appointment setting services over the past few years, in addition to a couple of internal SDR's. This was the first team to be profitable almost immediately out of the gate. Usually, it takes 4 or 5 months before you know if the relationship is working out, but we had 2 deals close within 2 months of starting. They nailed our ICP and got us on the phone with people who were ready to buy.

As a local and regional Managed Services Provider, TeamLogic IT of Morristown utilizes several prospecting and marketing vehicles for our lead generation. MarketJoy has been an exceptional leader in this regard. They have offered us flexibility and metrics exceeding in value that have resulted in converted sales and a return on our investment. We highly commend them, and recommend them to other businesses in need of our success.

Our team leader from Market Joy has assembled the most conscientious and mindful telemarketer, copywriter, email marketer, and account manager who meet with us consistently.  They willingly receive our feedback and implement requested changes.  They review our collective successes, but more importantly, they take our collective mistakes as learning opportunities to redirect our efforts for better results over time.

Professionally and personally, I love their service.  Please don't read into the fact that I have nothing negative to point out about my MarketJoy team.  We just have not come across any failures, yet.

We are not your typical Managed IT Services Provider.  We have geographic restrictions and we have tight criteria for the prospective clients we plan to meet.  MarketJoy takes this in stride and has been adding to and customizing our database over time to make sure we are touching the right audience with the best messaging.  Our ROI has been exceptional!

I enjoy that they are open to adjustments within the phrasing of our marketing email communications.  Having the opportunity to adjust the wording as needed to reflect our consistently changing industry allows us to stay competitive.

There is an opportunity for MJ to have a more in-depth vetting of the inbound leads to ensure they properly align with our desired demographic.

Take full advantage of the bi-weekly meetings if there are incremental changes to the process you would suggest.

The MJ Team has provided us with consistent new leads month after month, which has directly resulted in significant new business closed.  This allows for our team to have a fresh bat a new leads every month.

When we had questions, wanted to request changes or modifications, or even when things were not going well, etc. they were very receptive to feedback and changed their approach, brought in other resources, and thought about things differently.  We had a great experience working with MarketJoy!

Lots of great volume and outreach. We appreciated all the ways they were thoughtful in partnering with us and thinking creatively.

We needed to be much more hands-on and proactive in fixing problems and coming up with solutions than I would have liked. We needed to rely on our own ideas than their expertise.

I needed a list of the 500 largest sales organizations in the US with multiple job titles - fast, to invite sales leaders to a special event. I called them on Friday and they delivered the complete list by Monday. 3,500 names, addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn connections. Amazing job.

I thought I was asking for too much, but they delivered earlier than expected.

Customers have many choices for generating accurate leads. When you make a side-by-side comparison, you'll discover that Marketjoy has a far higher accuracy rate - especially when it comes to phone numbers.

They have a dedicated account manager who takes care of A to Z for all our marketing efforts like a database of our target audience, email automation, & marketing matrix.

The quality of the database needs more improvement & sometimes the quantity of leads is less.

If you are looking for LG partner then ask for a current customer who is similar to your industry, process & technique for generating leads, tracking & lead management, terms & conditions etc.

Consistently perform according to goals. Straightforward approach and good reporting.

Sometimes there's a language / writing issue with some email responses they provide that are outside of jointly created responses.

They identify and connect us to qualified leads. Their lead qualification is very good and their ability to set meetings typically meets monthly targets.

MarketJoy staff were helpful and responsive

**What do you dislike about MarketJoy?**

We recently hired MarketJoy to produce a list of qualified leads. When we began using the list, we were startled to find one of four errors in over 50% of them: (A) the leads had gone bankrupt years ago (as far back as the early 2000s--several leads were casualties of the dot-com bust); (B) the lead's website had changed, rendering the email domain defunct (our research showed that these website overhauls had taken place as long as five years ago); (C) in nearly two thirds of the cases, the associated addresses were completely inaccurate (organizations in Utah mislabeled as being in Florida, Texas in Rhode Island, and so on); (D) contrary to our requests, we were given multiple organizations outside the United States.
