One notable limitation we've encountered is that Marketbetter's lead segmentation filtering lacks flexible custom tagging functionality tailored to our international project workflows. We need to categorize global stakeholders using specific criteria aligned with our research activities, but the platform’s native filter sets can't fully support these bespoke classification categories. As a workaround, we have to frequently export contact datasets out to manually label and group stakeholders within external spreadsheets. Also, the platform’s pre-built automated message templates are heavily designed for commercial sales use and need significant rewriting to adopt neutral, formal language suitable for our needs. Additionally, the multilingual AI content generation needs refinement, as generated text in Central and Eastern European languages often retains an overly commercial tone and can sound rigid and unnatural. I really appreciate the enrichment feature that lets us run campaigns automatically, and every email and LinkedIn message is personalized, which allows my team to focus on selling. The best part about marketbetter is that it has freed up time for my sales team. The Chrome extension lets us automatically outreach from Sales Navigator and automates the process of reaching out to prospects attending conferences, which we couldn't do with Salesloft. Additionally, I love how the automatic outreach uses a HubSpot list and prospects it automatically. We can upload any list, and the LinkedIn enrichment and AI agent make emails so personalized with critical deliverability. We were talking to the usual suspects in this space and not only was everyone about 10x more expensive but implementation timeline and costs were not within what we expected. Once we started discussions with MarketBetter, it was like everything just worked. Implementation, how about a fully turn key , set up and ready to go agent in less than half a day. The support team was nice enough to even change and add features that we needed in less than two days. Its amazing when someone listens to you and gets it done.
