What do you like best about Marker.io?

We needed a Beta feedback tool and also a more streamlined way to provide QA/UAT feedback internally. Marker.io was able to do both. It's light on the front end, easy to implement. What do you like best about Marker.io?

We found Marker.io to help fit one of our client's website auditing needs. In a short time, our internal team was able to learn the program, share demos with the client, and get the client's team onboarded and leaving feedback. What do you dislike about Marker.io?

During my team's trial run so far, we haven't run into any issues or dislikes with Marker.io. If anything, our client did request some sort of "heat map" for certain issues or bugs, but the analytics page ended up offering something similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Marker.io?

Our experience with Marker.io has been wonderful. We managed to get it linked up within the hour with all of our websites. Then customised the user experience for our needs with great detail. The bug reporting workflow has become much more efficient. Allowing us to keep track of all bugs that need/ have been done. Another great feature that helped us is the automatic email that gets sent to the reporter when a bug gets completed. Saving our admin team a massive headache with less miscommunication! What do you dislike about Marker.io?

Don't have any big dislikes. I know they have integration into fullstory which we loved but the price of the fullstory was above our price range. If something similar could be done with Hotjar, then that would be great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Marker.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our internal QA efforts took a noticeable leap in efficiency and effectiveness once we started using Marker.io. The tool itself has grown and evolved along with our QA team, and it is now instrumental to the way we test and develop products. Our team uses it nearly every day to identify and report bugs.

Additionally, the ability to deploy the widget across our sites and target different Github repositories based on URL structure has enabled us to reduce the total number of steps from bug report -> developer action.

During testing of large scale projects, the widget's ability to reduce the volume of input required by remembering the last applied Github labels and appending screenshots to existing Github issues has increased team efficiency and reduced overall frustration -- very valuable when going through and testing the same project for days at a time.

The Marker.io team has also been incredibly responsive to feedback regarding their product, and seeing the continued evolution and improvement instills long-term confidence in any tool that becomes instrumental to the daily processes of a team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Marker.io?

When we do testing, I need to make sure everyone is on the same page. My internal testers have all the experience and technical knowledge to collect the information the engineers need regarding the bugs, but our beta testers don't. I needed a tool like Marker.io to get them to submit perfect issues because everything was taking too long. I love how it is easy to set up, easy to easy and easy to manage for me. What do you like best about Marker.io?

We no longer need to keep going back and forth with clients to understand what they want and need. We used to do that on paper a lot, and that was even before 2020. Now, we can move faster, let clients really explain what they like and don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Marker.io?

We used to have to add our clients to our Marker.io account and make them install the whole thing, and that was kind of a pain. However, they changed that and now we have the widget open on all client websites and unlimited accounts for our clients, who no longer need to install anything. What do you like best about Marker.io?

As part of my job I need to deliver the right people and the right tools to the right startups. This means that finding a tool like Marker.io is a big part of it! Some startups I work with need to deliver a lot of tech in a short amount of time. Getting bugs resolved as fast ads possible is a huge part of that. It is incredible how well Marker.io connects to Jira, as well how the interface makes it a good tool for collaboration. It really increases the quality of bug reporting in my teams, and I love that. What do you dislike about Marker.io?
