I regret to say that our experience has been nothing short of disappointing and unprofessional!

We signed up for a 12 month contract, with the option to leave after 6 months and requested our payments be split monthly, in which they agreed and sent us a 12 monthly breakdown of the payments due. 6 months later we received a further bill of €11,800 in which I queried their suspected error, only for them to come back and state the contract was for 6 months and the next 6 monthly payment was now due. This charge was not communicated to us clearly and was not a part of the initial agreement in which we signed up for.

Throughout the entire sign-up process, we received multiple emails from their team clearly stating the 12-month duration of the contract.

In an effort to resolve this matter amicably, we attempted to discuss the issue with their team, providing evidence of the 12-month payment plan outlined in the emails we received. However, our concerns were not taken seriously, and our subsequent correspondences were repeatedly ignored.

Despite our clear intention not to renew the contract, we continued to receive further invoices, and despite replying to each email, we never receive a reply.
