Contact list - no pages at the top, to go further you have to scroll down. In addition, there is no option to select the page you want to go to - you can only click "next". When it comes to analyzes - dashboards are poor, e.g. you can't choose the date period yourself, there are only options: last 7 days, 30 days, etc... Sometimes when working with a big number of contacts, Sales Manago can be quite slow. Not all functions of the package work with our store, but it is the fault of our store's specifics and we hope to find a solution. No social media scheduling and monitoring (Instagram). A little too many tabs in the system. Could be more simplified and clearer. Not everything is always clearly shown and addressed. The design inconsistencies - the button designs in one form are not the same in other forms/design elements. I would like to see more fonts available in the system as well. Some of the prompt box buttons are confusing as well, in that you are unsure if you should click as it says "send" it should say "exit" or similar. SALESmanago (SM) is a good tool that offers us many possibilities: create automated actions, send emails, segment our audience, create content through landings, perform integrations, and chat online with our customers.

SALESmanago has very good features, but with very limited configurations, for example, when creating recommendation frameworks, the few options provided by the automation rules, the automatic emails from the form or alerts cannot be edited and are very cumbersome. Emoticons that are not compatible with the system cannot be included in the body of the email, and for some functions, we cannot obtain analytical data for a specific period.
