3) It supports multiple OS platforms. You can take remote access from pc, laptop and even from mobile.
4) It supports both cloud as well as on-premise feature.

1. The remote access activities are trackable which allows us to audit later for compliance purposes.
2. Wake-on-LAN helps us switch ON the system for troubleshooting when the end user is not available.

Performance can still be improved. The speed depends on the bandwidth and mostly high bandwidth is essential to transfer large files to the remote system. The User Interface needs to be focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It works in the cloud, is easy to deploy, user-friendly and has an intuitive interface. It enables one to access devices of different territories at once and manage them together or one by one. It allows one to monitor the remote device constantly to see what applications and programs are running there and complete information about processes and services. In the case of remote installation, the agent requires additional code. Sometimes it got a little bit slower, particularly when need to rejoin.
