I like ManageEngine Remote Access Plus very much because one of the biggest benefits of using an agent-based remote support tool is the reliable, always-available access it provides for quick troubleshooting and unattended support. It also makes remote sessions smoother and more efficient than agentless methods, which helps a lot when I need to connect quickly and get things resolved.

**What do you dislike about ManageEngine Remote Access Plus?**

Sometimes, when I start a remote session, the end system’s RAM usage goes up to a very high level, and the remote session ends up consuming too much memory. At times, it even hangs.

**What problems is ManageEngine Remote Access Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Remote Access Plus to access user machines from a different location. This lets us troubleshoot issues remotely, move files as needed, and carry out tasks that require administrator permissions. The best part is that we can do all of this without interrupting the people who are actively using those machines. Remote Access Plus has genuinely helped us work faster and stay more efficient overall. It has improved things for both the IT team and employees, since we can resolve problems quickly with Remote Access Plus.

This software is straightforward to set up and use. It enables tasks to run in the background seamlessly, so users are not disrupted or even aware of them. I also appreciate that it supports on-premise installation. Additionally, I find the options for organizing teams to be quite effective.

Remote Access Plus is easy to implement, can be installed on-premises, and integrates easily with the domain for endpoint management.

The mobile app lacks functionality and often leads to various issues. Each time I connect, it uses a significant amount of bandwidth. Additionally, it requires a lot of RAM during connections. Even simple tasks, such as using the keyboard or performing basic actions like pasting or transferring files, are unnecessarily complicated.

Remote Access Plus offered us an alternative for remote connection to computer equipment, allowing installation on the premises and providing greater control and security than traditional tools allowed us to do.

I find ManageEngine Remote Access Plus to be cost-efficient, which is something I value. The agent installation process is also easy for us, adding to its value. Overall, it's quite easy to set up.

It's very slow, and the agent should be installed automatically when joining. The identification of the host should be quicker.

My only request is to have a desktop client. The web interface is great, but a desktop client would be really nice.

Performance can be still improved. the Speed depents on the bandwidth and mosly high bandwidth is essencial to transfer the large files to the remote system. The User Interface needs to be focused

It works in the cloud, is easy to deploy, user-friendly and has an intuitive interface.  It enables one to access devices of different territories at once and manage them together or one by one.  It allows one to monitor the remote device constantly to see what applications and programs are running there and complete information about processes and services. Full control on remote devices where the user can disable program(s), stop service(s), optimize memory, install applications with administrative rights, etc.

**What do you dislike about ManageEngine Remote Access Plus?**

In the case of remote installation, the agent requires additional code.  Sometimes it got a little bit slower, particularly when need to rejoin.  Sometimes copying from the source device and pasting to the remote device does not work.  Troubleshooting is not straightforward if anything goes wrong.  The find/ Search option may be improved.

ManageEngine Remote Access Plus allows you to access and control remote machines without leaving the comfort and managing of your device.  It has robust security features and therefore facilitates data protection features.  One can also use this application for troubleshooting as it has many features to help with remote troubleshooting.

-Monitor and obtain complete information on processes and services running on any computer, including command line, CPU load, and the number of threads created.
-View, enable, or disable start-up programs.
-Remotely start/stop/kill services and also get to kill processes running in the network computers.
-Remotely change the service start-up type.
-View processes initiated by specific users.
-Balance CPU usage, optimize memory, and speed up your PC and Windows startup.

it is more than Remote Control for Support and the price of the product it is cost-effective

Excellent for troubleshooting and simple to deploy. The utility is primally used to set up a remote connection to each of these systems to troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and install third-party applications with administrative rights.

Find and search option can be improved, and monitoring tools and equipment to improved as well. And as per my observation, there is some lack in user management tool.

We periodically use it to remotely turn off network devices, restart PCs and servers and wake up the computer from sleep modes. Using multiple displays while working, and it helps to run various tools simulantounasly.

There are resonable chance of delay in connection which sometime even drops the connection. User interface can be improved to some extent it gives old school feeling.

Cost is affordable.
A lightweight agent that only requires internet access.
Nice GUI to see all machines online.
Other tools besides remote access screen sharing.

agent requires additional code at the time of install.
Can be a little laggy at times.
Login page can be difficult to find unless you have it bookmarked. No easy easy way to get there from Manage Engines main site.

How to help remote workers.
VPN issues.
remotely ending tasks through task manager and reviewing other resources.

It's a quick delivery solution that allows to easly perform several IT tasks.

Agent distribution is not always easy to troubleshoot.

Remote Management is really powerfull and embedded tools as registry editor, service monitor, etc. are really smart.

What I like best about this tool is that you can remote enterprise computers not only on the domain or connected through VPN, but also even on the internet.

**What do you dislike about ManageEngine Remote Access Plus?**

I wouldn't say I like that it takes some time to reconnect to the remote PC when disconnected.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageEngine Remote Access Plus:**

This tool provides features that other remote applications have, but this is more secure. It integrates 2FA before you could even use it.

**What problems is ManageEngine Remote Access Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides remote support to enterprise employees while they are working from home in the pandemic.
