"We simplify the alarms in an excellent integration thanks to manageengina alarms"

What do you like best?

Changes in technology and advances require companies to use more software to perform multiple tasks and keep the company running smoothly, each of the software generates its own warning or alarm to alert the user, the manageengine alarms is a program that we use to unify the notices of all or most of the applications, projects manage records and more in a general console, this is excellent since it allows me to save time by having fewer revisions and joining the notices, the program integrates very well thanks to its tools you can make filters and choose to notify only what you have interest, is a saas application and can be entered on any device and your notice can arrive by many ways such as msn, and call. In my case I use slack and the program allows me to notify the members of my group and channel quickly allowing them to act in the best way, the product for me is somewhat expensive, but offers good quality, although I think they should improve a bit the prices but in general it is a very good program

What do you dislike?

the cost is the weak point of the software and it can improve with the passage of time of rest everything very well

Recommendations to others considering the product:

the cost is somewhat high but offers many benefits it is advisable to do a study to determine its use in the company

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I managed to simplify the announcements of multiple programs that I use every day and of projects among others with a single program and I love it because the saving of time at work is quite high

"Advanced IT Management System to monitor my company"

What do you like best?

Our IT team decided to introduce "MagameEngine Alarmsone" an advanced IT management system in order to monitor the projects and analysis of the company's records with great efficiency. AlarmsOne SaaS-based tool including Loggly, New Relic, Site24x7 and Idera the team can now integrate emails easier, generate a specific email address for the application and use it to push alerts to AlarmsOne. You can also integrate your internal applications with AlarmsOne using the custom API. What I like most is that it can be seamlessly integrated with the surveillance infrastructure, cloud monitoring, record analysis, and real-time project management tools

What do you dislike?

-although it has a fairly fast and light interface it is somewhat slow to load some tools

-support responses are sometimes delayed

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use the easy filter to quickly identify the problematic host or an application and get a deeper insight into each collected alert. AlarmsOne saves time on topics that identify and accelerates analysis and resolution from the root.

In addition, I recommend using the ServiceDesk Plus version to get all your optimized tools to save valuable resources

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Every day, our IT team works on different tasks related to live chat, notes and emails, with this tool we can monitor and alert all these tools with greater efficiency.

One of the advantages that I liked is that you can install different operating systems such as Linux, windows and apps

It polls its premises about-applications through calls to the REST API or custom scripts, and sends its alerts back to AlarmsOne
