What do you like best about MailChannels Cloud?

How easy is to add ous SMTP configs to the service, tech support is amaing, they can show you by phone, email or live chat how to set up your account and they ensure you get 100% satisfaction for your order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailChannels Cloud?

We had a few problems adding rules or editing this rules for outgoing massive mail, this problems took 20 days to solve but we're still happy with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MailChannels Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

No days there are too many malware and spam filters that can get to us by out-in going mails, the main problem we solved is the resolution about privacy on European leads, we had to change a few things on our content but the very same day we solved it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MailChannels Cloud?

The user side panel is great and provides all the information that one can possibly need. I especially like the fact that you can look through mail sending logs without much hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailChannels Cloud?

Whenever in need of support, contacting MailChanels could be a bit tricky. There's also no option for live support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MailChannels Cloud:

If you are looking to send large amount of e-mails, or have many users in need of a good mail server, give this service a try. Since mail logs and a lot of other information is easily accessible, it will not be hard to learn this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MailChannels Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ever since our service started expanding, we started running into trouble with our own mail service. Our IP addresses kept getting blacklisted and there were lots of maintenance that we had to do. However, ever since we decided to try out MailChanels Cloud SMTP, we have not looked back. The blacklisting issues are long gone, and our mail service has improved significantly.
