They do not allow you to port a number away. They hold you hostage trying to milk additional payments from you. **What do you dislike about magicJack for Business?** Their customer service is at times impossible to reach via phone. I've had days where I cannot get through. When I do they say they are providing the information needed to port but then don't allow the new carrier to port it out effectivly holding you hostage. Using them is a way to give them control over your whole business. They don't allow you to update email addresses via their website. **What problems is magicJack for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to use for a business phone. Less benefit each day as they are very overpriced. ### 2. No contract was nice. **What do you dislike about magicJack for Business?** Customer service could be better. We think that it's better for small businesses to pay a little more but get better support. **Recommendations to others considering magicJack for Business:** If you're a small business, you may want to consider someone else so you're not down and out. **What problems is magicJack for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to setup our entire sales team with matching numbers. ### 3.
