Their customer service is at times impossible to reach via phone. I've had days where I cannot get through. When I do they say they are providing the information needed to port but then don't allow the new carrier to port it out effectivly holding you hostage. Using them is a way to give them control over your whole business. They don't allow you to update email addresses via their website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
