Being a part of an educational institution while using Magicbox the best thing I like about its realy a cloud based learning management system which simplies our work in many areas such as creation, distribution and management of digital learning content which offers many courses, e books and ofcourse it's best feature like multimedia resources.

The billing is not transparent. There is nothing showing how the calculation was done on the invoice. The way we were billed changed and we were not notified and this has caused a lot of back and forth in communication. What problems is MagicBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

MagicBox is partnering with us to migrate the content of our books into one digital platform. This has necessitated refactoring assessments that do not neatly fit into their platform, as well as ingesting assessments from other formats and platforms. They are working to automate what they can by creating ingestion templates. Their team handling the rewriting of some assessments seems to be doing a careful job - and through the lens of an educator, which is significant for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
