**What do you like best about Magento 2 Product Attachments?**

When you're playing in a space selling more complex solutions online and needing to give your customers robust information, the magento 2 product attachments allows to add those special footnotes such as instruction manuals, certifications, licensing, legal docs, etc this way your customers can make more informed decisions, which they usually won't purchase without such information to begin with

**What do you dislike about Magento 2 Product Attachments?**

I wish there were even more formats to choose from so in the event that there is an osbcure attachement needed, we wouldn't have to convert to a natively supported one

**What problems is Magento 2 Product Attachments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to provide a detailed, customer-centric product guide for customers while they are shopping so they never have to leave the product site to get the information they need. But also being able to make it customized and eye-cacthing and digestible for the consumer so it's very targeted.

This extension does not support all popular image, video, audio, document formats.
