**What do you like best about M-Soft-Account?**

1. East to switch user within the application 
2. Multi user option 
3. Maintain log of changes made by users
4. Multiple languages.

**What do you dislike about M-Soft-Account?**

1. Rigid at some point of time 
2. Shifting of one module to another & one ledger to another
3. Problem in data extraction in excel format

**What problems is M-Soft-Account solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Now i can manage my accounts more efficiently and control is better.
2. It really helps in debtor and creditor management
