I love how it seamlessly can be included into your life and daily routine with a focus on promoting overall health and wellbeing. The live events, challenges, and on-demand content are amazing and they keep users exciting and wanting to stay engaged. The library of reasourse is vast and super helpful. The social computing component is really nice and it fosters engagement and a strong sense of community among users. **What do you dislike about LVL Wellbeing?** Sometimes there have been a few glitches in the app, but these have been addressed very quickly. There could be a "Getting Started tutorial that shows newcomers how to maximize their use of the platform.
