**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

Since 1999 they have provided incredible uptime for my sites, and response time for questions or service is always fast.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

Hmmm. There is nothing that I can think of.

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security was a focus of their's from day one. The few site issues I have had were due to other software not theirs as far as I know. I have never lost any files in stored in theire servers.

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

This program is very user-friendly and still has all of the whistles and bells if you need to do a more complex e-mail that may require tagging, tracking or notation.  The system handles group e-mails as well.  The filter system is sophisticated if you multiple e-mail aliases or mailboxes.  For those who do not have e-mails pushed to their phone, my favorite feature is having a text alert when certain e-mails are received. Luxsci also offers very useful web-aides for tasks, notes, documents, calendaring and more.  Luxsci's support has always been prompt and knowledgeable.
More recently, I have used Luxsci's website/domain services and found it to be very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

E-mails: When you right-click on a message that the "delete" option is in the middle of the choices.  Not really a dislike problem, more this user's issue!

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Several e-mail aliases for various associations are easily handled, organized and custom filtered.

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

I like that you have access to a technician for help and troubleshooting via email. It has been very beneficial to always have efficient guidance at a moment's notice.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

Although I really enjoy Luxsci and all it has to offer, at times I think it can be a little difficult to navigate if you have never used a program like it before. However, we are very pleased overall and will continue to use this service in the future!

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a HIPPA-compliant email for patients continues our excellent communication outside the office for our pediatric practice. This program allows our company to be more accessible to our patients to answer questions in a timely and professional manner for an outstanding customer experience!

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

LuxSci does a great job filtering out spam email and keeping our account secure. On the administrative end, its very easy to add, update, and remove accounts. The customer support team responds quickly and effectively resolves any issues. LuxSci also provides a helpful backend to access all of our team's email accounts for administrative purposes - which is especially useful when teammembers leave before transferring their accounts and passwords.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

LuxSci can sometimes overfilter emails, causing our teammates to miss some messages if they don't closely monitor their proofpoint notifications. LuxSci also sometimes has difficulty integrating with Apple. When setting up new email accounts on our macbooks, administrators sometimes have to put in the acccount information more than once before the changes will register.

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LuxSci helps us manage and secure all of our team email accounts. It provides peace of mind and less IT oversight, heping to ensue our team is not a victim of phishing or other scams. It also provides administrator access to team email accounts, helping to ensure that important information and accounts are never lost.

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

I've been using LuxSci for HIPAA-compliant email services since I opened my pediatric speech and occupational therapy company over 14 years ago in 2011. Throughout the time, they've consistently remained reliable and secure with excellent customer service. LuxSci has rapid response times to any questions or support tickets we've had. They've responded with courteous, detailed responses to help troubleshoot as needed -- which hasn't been needed often. Our team uses LuxSci daily and have been pleased with being able to rest assurred we are transmitting emails in a safe, secure, and encrypted manner for HIPAA-compliance and the confidentiality of those we serve.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

While their customer service is incredible, our main suggestion for feedback would be for the LuxSci support team to be able to quickly and easily access our systems with our consent for any IT-type adjustments that are usually tasked to us. There are times where this functionality isn't possible, but it would be great if LuxSci could "fix" the problems for us instead of sending a list of ways for us to fix them. That's the ONLY "dislike" in over 14 years with them though.

They've been helpful with working with us a small business in efforts to make their service financially viable. It helps us be able to retain LuxSci in a healthcare industry where our reimbursement has had no substantial increases, and even faced reductions, year after year.

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

Say you wanted web or IMAP-based email that was as simple to use as GMail, but didn't spy on you? That's essentially what LuxSci provides. While their primary target is security-conscious businesses like healthcare where there are a lot of regulatory requirements, you can benefit from that level of security even if you are not under that kind of regulatory burden.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

The web site is quite functional but not elegant. Some users complain the design "looks old."

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting your own mail servers is a big drain on IT resources. When you throw in spam and malware filtering, it's a big job. For a small company, we can outsource this to LuxSci at a very reasonable price. They provide both traditional IMAP-based and a web interface for yoru email. Your phone or desktop can have a native email app, or, if you prefer, you can access the email directly via the web interface, so it's good for both technical and nontechnical users alike.

I'm not a techie and find it hard to navigate most software set up.  Luxsci's customer service is fast; they have super-easy-to-follow templates for most set-ups; and any specific queries you have are answered in plain English with respect for non-specialists.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

It is quite expensive.  If you are using the web-based interface, you can't access more than one account through the same browser (though not a problem if you use an email client).

It is a functional and easy to use email provider.   They also host some websites for our companies.

I like that my messages are secure; if a higher level of encryption is needed, I have that option. I like the seal on my messages. SecureForm is great!

Luxsci designed my website 12 years ago and it is still going strong. Whenever I need updates on it, they are updated within 24 hours. Erik Kangas is the best!!

The process of setting up an email account is quite easy.  It can be done online or you can speak to one of their extremely knowledgeable support staff.  Emails work just like any other platform, however, you now are protected.

Not much to dislike. Their service is consistent. I am very pleased with LuxSci.

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

I highly recommend it for the HIPAA compliant email service they offer.  We are a small company so we we´re worried about not being attended when needed, but so far we have a very good customer service. Once you are in it it´s very ease of use, at the beggining we feelt overwhelmed but after 1 or 2 days we got use to it. We use it daily and we also like that each day we receive a report of potential spam emails, which allow us to block any email we don´t want or need. The training was very simple so I´ll say it was implemented really well. The software has an excellent ease of integration with other third-party services as you´re able to unecrypt any email you want to send.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

It doesn´t has an application or any way to communicate within the people of the same company (like a Zoom, Teams or any other platform).

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales representative told us that they might come back sometime with an internal communication platform, so instead of our team only being in communication b email we can also chat.

We use and rely upon secure email greatly. So, when we run into rare problems with LuxSci, it is greatly appreciated the short time to resolution. The Customer Support team is tenacious in solving problems in the shortest time possible.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

This is more our issue, but when it comes time to SSL Renewal it is a bit confusing for us non technical types. If LuxSci could have the renewal a little less technical and a bit more moron proof, it would be greatly apprciated.

We are a Medical Billing Service and all our communications are required to be HIPAA  compliant. Virtually all communications with patients and medical offices are ran through the LuxSci email server.

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

I have been using LuxSci for my business for the last 10 years now.  Luxsci has been a great partner and provided excellent service to us.  After 10 years I experienced my first outage ever, and it was completely my fault for messing up some settings.  I submitted an emergency ticket after hours; within 30 minutes I had a tech on the phone with me troubleshooting and we got it back up in less than an hour.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

My business uses Outlook mail client; however, if you were to use the web client that LuxSci offers it is not very aesthetically pleasing or modern.  The cost is affordable given the quality of service and features; however, it is relatively expensive compared to using whatever email service comes with your basic web hosting.

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not mentioned is the anonymized IP service which is really beneficial to our business as the Dynamic IPs the ISP kept giving us were all blacklisted causing high rates of emails to be blocked by spam filters.

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

As a customer of LuxSci for more than 19 years, I appreciate their excellent customer service. When submitting a question, even if I rate it as "not an emergency", I receive a response almost immediately.  I also appreciate the ability to speak to the customer service specialist personally when I need to, without having to read through all sorts of online information.  This saves me time and enables me to work more efficiently.  I always get clear and patient explanations and guidance.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

I have been a Lux Sci customer for over 19 years.  I cannot think of any downside to this wonderful service.

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a tax accountant, using Lux Sci enables me to send attachments containing copies of client tax returns, and messages to clients containing sensitive and personal financial information without worry.  It also allows the client to reply to me securely and send sensitive info to me from their end.

There is no phone number to call anyone. Have to write a support ticket for help, although they do respond quickly.

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

The pro's of LuxSci web mail for business use is email's being sent for communication are HiPAA compliant which provides you a little level of protection when communicating to your patients or staff.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

The con's of LuxSci web mail is the lack of features that this email offers. This software is a very basic email platform to use. Also, since the email platform is HiPAA compliant a lot of my emails will end up on the receiving end in their spam folder. Which means emails can be missed.

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LuxSci went through an update on there software for web mail. Whem that happened I ran into some issues with missing some tools, that I use on regualr basis however, support helped me naviagate through the issues.

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

Today when I call almost anywhere for support I am met with roadblocks and call-backs. Whenever I reach out to Luxsic for assistance through their portal they get back right away and provide excellent follow up.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

The only thing I can view as a dislike is the webmail layout. It seems outdated when compared to other services. This matters very little to me as I usually use Outlook.

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ProofPoint by Luxsci for mail filtering. We have set up policies to hold potentially unwanted e-mails from getting through to our end users. We also have policies to automatically delete malicious e-mails from known bad actors.

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

They do provide secure email handling with the ability to set custom filters and rules for emails.  Also, they support my websites including some in the financial sector that have private (hidden)  domain registrations.

Always very responsive with technical support questions.

They've handled my websites continuously for around 20+ years now.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

Could never get specialty feature requests implemented.  Color coding of special emails is only partially enabled.  These however, are custom requests by me.  Still I think they could improve Luxsci email labeling for users.

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secure emails, Proofpoint automatically filters out most junk.  Ability to go thru logs to catch if there's a false positive.  Private registration of special websites for financial.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

It took a bit of effort and tweaking DNS settings to get the deliverability configured to work with Gmail and the other Google Workspace Apps. This was mainly due to changes with Google's updated configurations in 2022 into 2023.

End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) at a HIPAA compliant level with HITRUST CSF certification. Compared to alternatives, having a solution that integrates with Google Workspace and its applications was a key requirement that LuxSci fulfills.

It encrypts my email with zero extra steps! Encryption is a necessary feature for me, but nobody wants to mess with extra accounts and passwords. The no-added-step encryption is great.

it was a little complicated getting things set up initially (but most of that didn't have to be done by me anyway). Once I got the hang of administrating it it's been pretty user-friendly.

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

I appreciate the affordability. As a business owner, it seems every software company charges more and more per user to the point that it becomes really difficult to offer anything additional, such as encrypted email. While it is not required by HIPAA, it was important to me, as a group practice owner specializing in the treatment of trauma, to offer that added layer of protection. It was really refreshing to find an affordable way to bring this added protection to our clients and employees! They recently raised the price point, but it wasn't unreasonable. If it had been, I may not have stayed. I also appreciate the support team. Peter recently had to help me update some things and didn't mind taking the time to help my learning curve as well. Lastly, adding new users takes a few min. Very easy once you get the hang of it.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

It takes time to learn about "the big picture" so anyone using it needs to know this because time is money. I think having some user-friendly videos that can be shown to employees on how to encrypt would be a nice feature. Also, it would be helpful to have some info graphics on some of the basics as I feel it could save some time using the support feature in that some of those issues are likely to be user error because most small business owners are not educated on the basics of this.

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate the assurance of encrypted email outside of Google Workspace. We serve a population affected by PTSD and so trust is very important and most have lost trust in various systems, people, and themselves. Taking this added step in an affordable way allows us to show our clients that we understand the importance of trust and we take their PHI seriously and are willing to go the added mile to protect it.

You are able to customize the display as well.

It is only available on the web. You have to use the service on a browser like chrome or safari. It would be beneficial if there was a mobile application. Viewing the service on a mobile device is a little hard.

We needed web hosting and email that would keep our PHI secure.  We chose LuxSci because they were one of the few web/email hosts we could find that not only offered HIPAA-compliant hosting but specialized in it.

The user interfaces feel dated and clunky, but we didn't choose LuxSci because it looked good...we chose it because it's secure.  If that means we can't have access to some of the tools we're used to with other hosts, it's worth it.

I don't think a lot of companies realize how to handle PHI properly.  With HIPAA becoming more and more important, it's good to have a company we can trust that knows everything about security and HIPAA-compliance.

LuxSci helped to get my company to be more HIPAA compliant and fully secure our email component. They have a great team to work with and I will continue to recommend them to others! If there is any question at all that you might have regarding the company or their solution they are extremely responsive and will get back to you with the right answers.Now we can say all of our emails are in accordance with HIPAA regulations. LuxSci is also a cost-efficient and effective solution that is really competitive against any rival vendors. Their support team is second-to-none.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

If there was a way to help a bit more with the actual implementation of the solution I wouldn't object, but this is easier said than done. Maybe if LuxSci had an implementation orientation as well instead of just an onboarding orientation, this could be a helpful addition in the process. Then, if any more questions arose from it all, they could have the support team take it from there. I will say the documentation they do have as reference is really solid, and so is the support team, so there is hard to say there is anything to "dislike" about them or their solution.

Email encryption solution at a reasonable price and a seamless solution, LuxSci is the answer!

HIPAA compliancy and additional email security when sending emails. They have helped make it easier to trace emails and make sure they are encrypted. Sending emails encrypted is extremely easy with their solution. I have realized that the benefits stemming from their solution has resulted in much more confidence in sending emails around our company when it comes to network traffic. It allows myself, as the Security and Compliance Engineer at our company, to sleep soundly at night.

Any form you make will readily be HIPAA compliant, and all form submission emails sent out have the proper encryption. It is easy to add more recipients with options to add them to a database. It is also nice having a PDF template option since many medical clients prefer to print out patient forms. I also like the option to copy an existing form when creating a new one which has helped save time on some projects.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

The most challenging aspect of using Luxsci is the user interface feels very dated and can be hard to make edits to existing longer forms. Having more options in the builder to better style forms outside of css would be helpful for any non-developers using the platform. The forms also come with a desktop and mobile version of the form rather than being a responsive form out the gate, and since it's all in an iframe getting the right height on your website will require adjusting.

The main problem solved by using Luxsci is ensuring proper levels of security for HIPAA compliant forms when working with medical clients. It helps offer peace of mind to our clients and us.

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

The most important service from LuxSci is the layers of security and encryption. We're a small custom builder firm without an IT department. Knowing that LuxSci places the highest priority on security and account defense means we don't have to become experts ourselves. HIPAA compliance probably greatly exceeds our security needs, but knowing that our communications with our clients are treated as if we're trading medical records means that our clients' personal and financial information are protected to the highest regulatory standard. Second most important is the robust administrative tools. Our team is spread across multiple locations, and LuxSci makes it easy to maintain our staff email accounts remotely.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

LuxSci is set up to easily administer accounts in large organizations that operate under tight government regulations. That requires a robust administrative portal, so for a small firm like ours, without IT knowledge, the administrative portal can be somewhat daunting. However, LuxSci's large and easily searched documentation library is very helpful for non-IT experts like us to understand how to run the service. And if we can't figure out how to resolve an issue, LuxSci's Support Team is among the best in terms of swiftness in response and thoroughness in resolutions.

**Recommendations to others considering LuxSci:**

If you're a small firm like us, the last thing you need is security breaches and the potential of exposure of client data. LuxSci is competitively priced and takes care of all the details of securing client communications. For us, relying on LuxSci is peace of mind. Don't short-change yourself with a less secure provider. Choose the best, and get on with running your business.

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Number One: We don't worry about security in our client communications. LuxSci takes care of that. Any time we need to assure a client that the information they share via email is secure, we just have to explain that we use LuxSci, which means our client communications are as secure as if we're trading medical records. As a custom home and commercial builder, we must earn our clients' trust in several categories. Showing that our email service provider meets the requirements for the medical industry demonstrates that we are thorough in everything we do. This helps support building trust.

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

I originally chose LuxSci due to its focus on security, but over time I now say that LuxSci's support is easily the best thing I like about them.  

Over the years, I have submitted many service requests via their trouble ticket system.  I have looked through all the historical support tickets that I have submitted, and the types of requests I submitted were varied. Examples include: resolving issues with user's email clients, requests to restore folders, help with diagnosing errors on recipient (not LuxSci) email servers, fixing bugs in webmail user interface, feature requests, help with configuration of new features.  All requests were addressed promptly and all via their ticketing system.  All service providers would have some sort of support ticketing system.  However, the level of confidence one has that their support request would be handled promptly and be resolved in a timely manner is the key factor.  The experience I have had with LuxSci using the support ticketing service gives me absolute confidence that I will get all issues and requests for service examined and addressed via that system.  There was only one occasion where I had an urgent issue that needed to be addressed immediately and I needed to talk to a person directly.  With LuxSci I was also able to do that.  When considering alternative cloud service providers, I knew I would not get the same level of support that I experienced. To get anything comparable, I would have to pay much more to a systems integrator.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

I have nothing of any great significance that I dislike about LuxSci.  The fact that I have been a customer of 18 years (since 2003) is a testament to that statement.  The only thing I had to adapt is to consider timezones.  I operate in Australia, while LuxSci primarily operates in the United States.  This means when submitting support requests via their ticketing system, I need to consider their primary coverage hours to determine when I would expect a response.  Due to the timezone differences, this might sometimes mean the next day for me.  This simply required me to consider the timezone differences when expecting a response to any support requests. Because there was no comparable service that operated in Australia's timezone it was something I simply worked with, and being a customer for over 18 years is evidence that this was something I could easily accommodate relative to the services that I was getting. Even then Luxsci still tried to improved their service to be aware that they have international customers by ensuring that timestamps and messages reflected the user's timezone.  I noticed that LuxSci ticketing system now makes you aware exactly when the support reqeust will handled relatiove to my timezone, for example for non-urgent requests it usually means around 11pm in my timezone.

**Recommendations to others considering LuxSci:**

If you value the security of your service, then LuxSci is an organization that must be considered.  Security is not a point in time feature but a continuous program to improve capabilities and to adapt to a changing threat landscape.  I can confidently assert that LuxSci takes security seriously as I have been a customer for 18 years since 2003.  In 2003 security was one of the primary reasons I chose them back then and is still one of the primary reasons I continue to be a customer.  Other providers can claim they treat security seriously, but I have the history with LuxSci that proves that they genuinely understand it is a continuous and ongoing program, not a point in time feature. 

The other consideration is support.  With LuxSci I have always been able to get the necessary support through their trouble ticketing system.  If you submit a support request via that system, you can be confident it will be responded to quickly and resolved in a timely manner.  Over the 18 years, I have only had one occasion where I had a time-critical urgent issue and felt I need to call to talk to somebody.  With LuxSci I was able to do that.  You will be hard-pressed to find a cloud service provider that can provide that same level of support.

Lastly, LuxSci also has a track record of continually enhancing and improving its service.  Again, it is a reason why I still remain a customer after 18 years.

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LuxSci provided an Email service that can be customized almost to the same degree as operating an on-premise email server infrastructure.  I used their powerful custom email filtering and redirection capabilities with regex based rules.

Demonstrated commitment to the security of the service and recognizes such a commitment is not static.   LuxSci has continually improved security features over the 14 years I have used them.  Originally its was as simple as using SSL to access webmail when no others at the time were doing so at the time. Implementing secure IMAP and secure SMTP when no others were providing that at the time. Protecting the reputation of their email servers by separating bulk email services.  Use of two-factor authentication for administrator access. Ability to implement firewall rules on the service. Support for DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) authentication. 

Being able to be a global administrator for other LuxSci customer domains from a single administrator login.

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

I've used LuxSci since 2013 for HIPAA secure web hosting and their service is rock solid.  When I need a support ticket, they usually respond within 30 minutes.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

I don't have any major complaints. Their control panel is a little dated to use, but it functions just fine for typical web host management.

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We host HIPPA compliant patient web forms using LuxSci that allows our customers to meet privacy and security requirements not met by most web hosts.

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

LuxSci's support team is a lifesaver for our use case. I am a single IT team that has over 100 internal users and 500 external partners. Our external partners leverage LuxSci for secure and safe email correspondence. Without Luxsci's attentive and knowledgeable support team, I would be drowning.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

I find some struggles with the ProofPoint integration regarding licensing, although support is always available to help answer and resolve any open issues I have.

**Recommendations to others considering LuxSci:**

LuxSci is a solid platform with a support team that is always there to make your life easier. They are very competitive on cost and can scale with our rapid growth.

LuxSci offers a HIPAA secure platform for our partnered providers to use for client communication. The configuration through onboarding made it essentially set and forget.

I WAS ABLE TO ACCESS HELP AT THE SUPPORT E MAIL.  RICK FUENTES CALLED ME WITHIN 5 MINUTES.
HE PATIENTLY WALKED ME THROUGH THE ADD A USER PROCESS, DELETE USERS PROCESS, AND ADD PREMIUM FILTER USERS PROCESS.

NOTHING.  YOUR SERVICE AND RICK WERE AMAZING..MY HUSBAND WHO WAS IN MARKETING FOR 30 YEARS HAD SAID, "DON'T CALL THEM NOW, IT'S 4 O'CLOCK AND WE ARE IN A SNOWSTORM...THEY AREN'T GOING TO ANSWER AND GIVE YOU HELP!!!  HE LATER TOLD ME HE WAS LISTENING TO THE ENTIRE CALL AND WAS SO IMPRESSED!

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

LuxSci Email provides us the security, reliability, and flexibility that we need to allow us to focus on our day-to-day company functions without having to worry about our emails being delivered to our clients.  The added escrow/secure email platform helps ensure that emails that need the added security are done correctly and are always secure.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

There has not been a single dislike with the LuxSci Email setup or process that we have come across.

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LuxSci Email has given us the ability to send out our large amount of monthly emails to our clients without worrying about mailbox delivery.  It has removed the issue of having to mange an on-premise server to handle this process and we have never had any downtime with LuxSci that prevented emails from being delivered.

**What do you like best about LuxSci?**

Lux Scientiae officials have recently sent me an email to remind me about the coming 20th anniversary of LuxSci. It was a surprise for me, everyday email LuxSci services user since the company's foundation in 2002...  Almost 20 years with the same email services provider sounds incredible even for myself, who has several alternative mailboxes and even own domain... I understand that my faithfulness to LuxSci is not a coincidence. Twenty years ago Erik Kangas, PhD started this challenging project of building a secure and affordable email services. Since then, project evolved with the updated front end design, security features and versatility of functions. It was originally a multilingual project, aimed to allowing seamless usage of email services by non-English speaking clients, and I happened to be part of it as a translator/localizer of email/webmail interface to one of languages listed. Since then I've been using my LuxSci mailbox and features to effectively contact my translation services clients. My work does not require HIPAA compliance features, which are obviously present with this secure email and webmail services provider. What I needed most was the strong uptime, and agile support. With LuxSci I received them both, hands down. Believe me or not, I experienced no service outage during all these years. I contacted LuxSci support team a couple of times, and I liked their attitude and ability to solve unconventional issues. And today I feel that Lux Scientiae, "Light of Science" in Latin, has become my everyday companion and a part of my life. I can advise these services to anyone who is seeking one stop email with high security features, smooth interface, versatile function, and even HIPAA approved. We like knowing that our website is secure and protects the privacy of our stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about LuxSci?**

Web security can be daunting; sometimes reviewing firewall policies, etc. isn't immediately clear but thankfully, Luxsci has a terrific support team when we need to reach out for help.

**What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Luxsci web security platform has a proactive firewall built-in.  From time to time, we have needed to review the rules and logs.  A lot of unwanted (often international or spam) traffic is automatically blocked.  A few times, valid IPs have also been blacklisted, and the steps to whitelist when that happens are quick and straightforward to implement when the need arises.
