What I find most useful is how easily it flags and tracks pulmonary nodules across serial CT scans without adding friction to the reading process. The automated nodule segmentation and volumetric measurements are pretty consistent, which takes a lot of manual guesswork out of calculating doubling time or subtle growth. It integrates smoothly into the daily imaging workflow, helps ensure critical follow-up recommendations don't get missed, and genuinely saves time when dealing with heavy chest screening volumes. Occasionally, it tends to overcall benign findings or small apical pleural thickenings, which means spending extra clicks manually dismissing false positives. When handling high-slice-count thin CT series alongside historical studies, the processing speed can lag a bit during initial load times. Also, fine-tuning the automated boundary detection on subsolid or ground-glass opacities still requires manual adjustments from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
