**Describe the project or task LUMA Partners helped with:**

We use LUMA to send message to patients when a provider is out of the office or if weather is bad to let them know that there is a delay in opening clinic. It is also used to let patients know if there is an opening on a future schedule with their PCP. It also conforms patients appointments. Very helpful and saves time.

**What do you like best about LUMA Partners?**

How easy it is to use and how helpful it is for the patients . Saves time and staff time.

**What do you dislike about LUMA Partners?**

There isn't really anything that I don't like.

**What problems is LUMA Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves time for staff, and frees them up to work on other projects.
