I appreciated their consistent bi-monthly phone calls, constant communication and reponse via slack, weekly recaps, and creative problem solving. Interview prep was outstanding, as well their ability and willingness to learn the technology, product line and target market. **What do you dislike about Ludington Media?** I have no complaints. Highly recommend Ludington Media **Recommendations to others considering Ludington Media:** I encourage you to look at the breadth of their media relationships across a number of formats. Ask for a case study -- share your current support materials so they can get inside your head and brand and begin to strategize with you. **What problems is Ludington Media solving and how is that benefiting you?** We brought Ludington Media on board to help us launch a new product from an unknown startup into a fragmented and ever changing market. Ludington helped us to craft media kit, message and outreach strategy, provided coaching, writing support and media relationship management, and most importantly for a startup, had the flexibility to pivot and pivot again as needed. However, this is an industry wide issue and not specific to Ludington **Recommendations to others considering Ludington Media:** Ludington Media is a really fantastic entry point into the PR space. They know their markets incredibly well, and can tailor the program specifically to what you need. You get highly attentive service from their founder, Olivia, who then either does your entire program herself, or brings in a specialist in your field if they know the space better than her. I've found the team to be incredibly thoughtful and hard working, and extremely communicative, so I never felt in the dark. I've also worked with them on short-term and long-term projects, which is a huge plus since many agencies require years-long commitments with astronomical minimums. Ludington's pricing is fair, likely because you aren't paying for loads of middle-men and support staff - the benefits of supporting a local, woman owned business instead of a conglomerate. **What problems is Ludington Media solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ludington Media is great for people at any stage of their business - whether you're at a seed-funding round, startup, or established company, they're fantastic at quickly picking up whatever you need and delivering exactly what you want.
