I've also worked with them on short-term and long-term projects, which is a huge plus since many agencies require years-long commitments with astronomical minimums. Ludington's pricing is fair, likely because you aren't paying for loads of middle-men and support staff - the benefits of supporting a local, woman owned business instead of a conglomerate.
