Annual subscription bought in March 2023, used once. It was renewed automatically in 2024, 2025 and 2026, and the price went from EUR 95 to EUR 142.91 and then EUR 224 without my being told. That is EUR 462 gone for nothing. The renewal notices went to an address whose domain had expired in 2022. I had no access to my customer account and could not cancel online.

I cancelled in writing on 2 October 2026 and asked for a refund of the last charge. Customer service replied on 9 October that managing the subscription and keeping the address up to date is the account holder's responsibility, and offered only a prorated refund or a transfer of the subscription to another account. Automatic renewal was turned off. The full refund I asked for under French consumer law has not been granted so far.

A piece of advice: TURN OFF automatic renewal right after your first use, and don't count on their professionalism to take responsibility. Billing without delivering anything doesn't seem to bother them at all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Office Timeline Pro really does make it easy to create a project Gantt chart that makes sense to the audiences I am trying to persuade. And as the audience can assimilate and interact with my plans, I also get buy-in and approval. It's not easy when a project won't fit on a single PPT page. I find it easier to create two different timelines. It would be helpful if there was a way to auto-scale to one page. I like the user interface of Office Timeline because it's user-friendly and intuitive. I appreciate the ability to create text-based timelines that automatically convert into visual timelines. It really speeds up the process and makes it easy to create good looking, professional timelines. I also love how you can apply themes on top of the timelines to get the exact look and feel you're going for, and how it integrates on top of Microsoft PowerPoint. For decades I have hoped for an easier solution to displaying Gantt visuals out of MS Project. This product completely addresses that gap! I am a huge fan. I opted for the Expert version and love the huge variety of templates, style options, and import capabilities that it offers. Also, certain timelines have watermarks which do not look professional when embedded in documents.
