1 - It is our point of truth for all written content and collateral.
2 - It increases transparency for projects in the queue.
3 - Creates collaboration on projects in a seamless manner for all parties.
4 - Saves us hours of time per day/per project.
5 - Their support and customer service are very responsive and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
6 - It provides integration into the three S's (Salesforce, Slack, and Seismic) to help automate reporting, content creation, conversations, and more.
7 - Adding new content to the library is a breeze with in-project recommendations.
8 - Unlimited project access to allow for simultaneous projects occurring at the same time. Unfortunately, competitors do not offer this capability (i.e. RFPio). **What do you dislike about Loopio?** In regards to the reporting capabilities, I wish there was a bit more capability to build out reporting that would also be housed IN Salesforce to manipulate the data. RFPio has a very slick reporting interface and capabilities. I'm hoping Loopio can catch up on this aspect. **What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to solve multiple business issues by implementing Loopio. Our main issue was having a data repository that wasn't a Word doc, spreadsheet, or email to keep our content updated for the entire team to utilize. With Loopio search features and library reviews, it is very easy to keep content current and keep track of what RFPs we have bid on.

The search was cumbersome, slow with poor results. The content maintenance and update were almost impossible. Project management while responding to questionaries was handled manually without tracking, governance, and an organized workflow. With Loopio, we managed to speed up the response time, excel with the quality of the responses. Tracking, governance, and project management enable us complete control of the projects. Library management, reviews, reviews from projects, managing duplication, and freshness scores allow us to manage and optimize the content steadily. Every session was well designed + thought out. I came away from my time onboarding with confidence in my ability to use Loopio and teach it to my peers. -A big part of what makes Loopio great is that it just makes sense from an end user's perspective. Once in the tool, it's simple to get to where you need to go without too many clicks or guesswork. -I'm excited about the ability not only to search through the content you import but also through past projects to find answers. The knowledgebase management side is also great, as the responses you get back get even better over time through the machine learning. The integrations makes this a seamless solution as it connects with internal suite of tooling so you don't have to keep pivoting between systems. Lastly, the team is awesome! Both from a support but also product development perspective - continuously helping and improving to support needs. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** There was a weird hover-over in the project section when we first started using the platform, but this was changed and now it's not there. We have started with a small library data but with the help of AI and the response update functionality, the library has expanded over time. The category and tag features have enabled the team to retrieve answers based on products and also allowed them to be selective of the categories we want to retrieve answers from. The security team is very happy with the centralised file storage for certificates that are linked with responses. In the event of uploading the renewed document, they are doing it in one location. We were able to train and roll out the tool on the same day. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** Nothing Avnio product-specific - our Salesforce environment has complex processes and there were a few back and forth conversations with our Salesforce administrator to overlay Avnio processes to our existing setup. **What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Salesforce has now become the only tool for our end to end sales process. This has allowed centralised reporting, collaboration, notifications etc., The security and compliance team has better control over the shared data, also not perceived as a bottleneck to the bid process. The Loopio platform provides the user with a project workspace built for success using the concept of modularization. The project workspace has a solid structure that promotes the assignment of specialized roles to users. This improves efficiency and diminishes interference in communication. Loopio's fabulous software coupled with its exceptional customer relations is more than enough reason to work with them. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** Nothing, in particular. The software itself is very informative and most things can be understood with a bit of patience. If I am to nitpick, I would suggest slightly altering the Library section of Loopio. Loopio library is amazing and its management section is very useful but the display page can feel quite cumbersome. The “magic” matching is great! This speeds up our process and lets us focus on any net new questions.

They have great customer service. Onboarding was quick and smooth, and we’ve received excellent ongoing support questions or training. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** It would be great if Loopio could accommodate multiple languages.

Another great feature would be to have a clear way for a final reviewer to be able to review, edit and approve all questions. The Loopio helped us with a process for this, but to have a defined “final reviewer” role would be useful. **What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to Loopio, the team had to manually search previous PDF responses. With the Loopio Library we can easily search for answers in a central spot, in the event they are “magically” matched.

Also, we previously had one person responsible for coordinating responses as they were very familiar with the PDF responses. It helps us see at a glance which items need attention and which ones are safe to (re-)use since they've either been recently created, reviewed, or used. This minimizes our risk of reusing outdated content. I also like the adaptive import feature for new projects. With just a few clicks, questions and section headers are identified across the entire RFP response document. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** The user license model is not as flexible as I would want it to be. There are full/standard users with access to all modules, library users that can only access the library, and collaborator users that can only be assigned specific RFx questions without the ability to access other areas of the tool. We also solve the problem of the collaboration of a single document across multiple teams. Loopio also allows us to track our success rate for RFx submitted for new business. The benefit we receive is almost incalculable. As I stated before, we are saving at least 2/3rds of the time it would typically take to answer a single RFx and/or Security Questionnaire. Every single person who contributes saves time. The ability to organize within the platform also helps save time and allows us to communicate effectively. We don't have to spend as much time upfront getting people prepared for the RFP because the context is already set within Loopio. We also don't have to spend as much time after formatting a document that multiple people contributed to. Although our organization is still fairly new to the Loopio family, we have quickly found that it offers us the ability to manage our RFI/RFP responses under one platform. The days of working on Microsoft teams, word, and various e-mails are now behind us. We can communicate and work within the live document, which has allowed us to become more efficient with the creations of our responses. Having the library at our disposal with various historical answers is very helpful. Currently, there is no integration for Microsoft Teams; we were aware of this before signing on with Loopio, and from what I understand, this is something they are working on. **Recommendations to others considering Loopio:** After evaluating the RFP software market, we determined that Loopio was the best option out there. After going through the onboarding process and using the solution in production, we are happy with our selection. Having the ability to have everything stored within one solution is a game-changer. We will now be able to quickly and easily identify who owns what sections of the response, and through the dashboard, our leaders will be to see how we are progressing. Things that weren't as easy to understand through Teams and Word. Although we are still early on in transitioning stages, we have high hopes for the benefits that we will realize. No need to recreate the wheel from scratch. **What do you dislike about Loopio?** It took a little bit to figure it out. It seems to be written for RFP responses, and I use it for SOWs. This means that I need to rework the tool a little bit. We use a different template to do SOWs. **Recommendations to others considering Loopio:** Make sure you look at all the software automation tools. Loopio worked for our company. It does a great job once you have a library uploaded. If you don't have a lot of content to build RFPs and SOWs from, it won't be very useful. **What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?** The issue we were solving was getting SOWs out the door faster. Writing SOWs is very time consuming, so if we had a few basic choices for other SOWs like I'm writing, it makes things much more manageable. **Official Response from Kathryn Bennett:** > Geoff, thanks for your thoughtful comments!
