You don't have to bother with implementing algorithms or logic to move products higher in the structure or remove those that are temporarily unavailable. Everything is done automatically! **What do you dislike about Loop54?** The Loop54 admin panel might be more "almighty" and allows you to do more things without emailing the CS team. I also don't like the fact that Loop54 is not integrated with other listing pages, but that needs to be fixed on our site :-) **What problems is Loop54 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We especially have problems with merchandising in search. Better suggestions lead to happier customers, which leads to better customer retention, more sales, and more revenue. I like the fact that with a simple e-commerce solution that increases revenue, we can actually increase customer retention! ### 2. High level of knowledge. Fast helpful service/support. Good people to work with. **What do you dislike about Loop54?** Sometimes smaller bugs appear. But then again, these are always quickly fixed by the support team. Some functions that we would like to use are a bit complicated for us to implement at the moment. But hopefully we will solve those issues soon. **What problems is Loop54 solving and how is that benefiting you?** They help our costumers to find the most relevant products in our webshop. Mainly by the on-site search engine. Loop54 also helps us out with categorizing of our latest products, our different offers and so on... ### 3. The support team is super fast. **What do you dislike about Loop54?** Simple things like handling synonyms must go thru support, but I know that it is on the roadmap to give users the ability to do it them selfs. **What problems is Loop54 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don´t spend a lot of time optimizing for search, and that is a good thing. It works for the most part. ### 4. If you instead use a manual approach to this you have, at best, the chance to keep track of your top 100 keywords. The manual approach would mean that you only have control of a very small part of your turnover in search. If you use loops AI, you get a much larger hit image, more data and an efficient handling of searches that accounts for such a large proportion of e-retailers' consumer behavior. **What do you dislike about Loop54?** The interface could be easier to handle. **What problems is Loop54 solving and how is that benefiting you?** A better optimized customer journey, to get insights about website searches and efficient keyword tracking. ### 5.
