The high level of service. The super high consideration of customers. We have taken great advantage in using loop54 as we have instead been able to focus on what we are best at. The only thing I can complain about is that all conversations is in English. i like to do things in my own language since i do not feel super comfortable in english. i think they could maybe hire som people in some of the bigger nordic countries. i also think the loop54 website when you are not logged in could be a little bit more simple to understan what loop is actualy doing. The biggest problem we get solved is that we can focus on what we are best at when they help us get a better search engine on our website and beacuse of that are search engine is that good, we make more sales on our homepage! That in my opinion is the biggest benefit for us. and of course that we save alot of time Since we started to use Loop54 our sales has increased by alot of % since the customers actually find what they need on our homepage. I love how great loop54 is at suggesting products in the given search results. You don't have to bother with implementing algorithms or logic to move products higher in the structure or remove those that are temporarily unavailable. Everything is done automatically! Better suggestions lead to happier customers, which leads to better customer retention, more sales, and more revenue. User behavior based search results has improved our search quality and relevance for our customers greatly while keeping internal maintenance to a minimum. With Loops AI all users, together and in real time, decide what should appear on each keyword in a very effective way. If you instead use a manual approach to this you have, at best, the chance to keep track of your top 100 keywords. The manual approach would mean that you only have control of a very small part of your turnover in search. If you use loops AI, you get a much larger hit image, more data and an efficient handling of searches that accounts for such a large proportion of e-retailers' consumer behavior.
