Easy to use, you can add all the devices you want to monitor from the interface, it is also possible to schedule alerts, the installation is easier than I thought, they have an excellent community behind the project there is a lot of documentation on how to make the most of the software, the customer service I experienced was very cordial at all times they explained how to use the program in the most appropriate way and at no cost, it integrates very well with other IT services, we use ServiceNow, and it is excellent in conjunction with LogicMonitor. I think we should modernize some things within the program starting with the templates that are presented to us since we install the software, the analyses are complete, but they also need an update, this should not be a problem, but this tool, although fine is not cheap, your company should have enough resources for all the licenses.
