And it has a rather complex and unintuitive management interface. The mapping options, notifications and alerts I love, the graphs that the program offers are very complete, from analysis to reports, it adapts to any branch, and the implementation is fully guided, the company looks after the interests of customers very well. It integrates well with Amazon instances, Azure and many others. It allows you to know the Active users integrated with Office 365, including all those who have VPN, at any time you can perform network monitoring, remote including the already famous virtual machines that we all know, this product adapts to any action that is asked, there is no more robust software for anomaly detection and security practices that computer than LogicMonitor. **What do you dislike about LogicMonitor?** Ultimately we decided to add a few more licenses, I was hoping for a better offer, but the software is basically costing much more than our company can afford, we hope they can improve their performance, otherwise we will be forced to make a change of provider. It is not easy to use, I must say that at first I found myself disoriented by all the options it offered, however I can adapt perfectly. It requires a good ram memory, and a good space in the hard disk, since it consumes enough resources of the equipment where it is installed. **What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** We install LogicMonitor on our computers to provide network monitoring, we have also achieved an expansion to websites and finally our analysts specialize in containers, all this is exclusive to customers of our company. Alerts are easily configured, in fact, you can make an assisted pre-configuration and save it to be used as a template later. Every button, every action performed in LogicMonitor is well adapted for user understanding, implementation guides are very complete, updates are regular and technical support provides excellent assistance at all times. Integrations with other IT products make the adoption of new terminologies for SaaS monitoring, containers and websites advantageous. **What do you dislike about LogicMonitor?** Seeing and answering alerts from the mobile platform is not always good, many times it does not take the settings, and you have to do it from the desktop application, I also consider that the service becomes more expensive with each update, it is true that they always add new solutions for monitoring, but increasing the cost is not an option. The graphs of the data are also not seen correctly within the mobile application, many times the parameters do not load correctly, and I consider that the service has many options that in the applications are not developed correctly. **What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** We provide a complete and successful web development, the technical expertise we possess has allowed us to be leaders in this area, we decided to implement the logical analysis and monitoring solutions to have access to the vulnerabilities of the websites we develop on the web, LogicMonitor has also influenced our application development services, and our quality control and testing because thanks to the configuration of alerts and graphs we can know where are the anomalies and security gaps. The standard templates are fine, the collectors behind the firewall take care of everything, the platform is directly responsible for identifying, categorizing and resolving all anomalies in the network. The installation of the integrations is simple, and you can work very comfortably with the application. The collectors are very light, basically they do not weigh more than 100 MB, and it is based entirely on Java, which is a language we all know. **What do you dislike about LogicMonitor?** Errors in SNMP connectivity, always appears an orange triangle, problems in data collection, slowdown in network monitoring, the quality technical support is very linear, they can support more anomalies, not be only pending to collect license invoices, authentication of accounts and data has also become a problem. I expect improvements in the next updates. I would like more support for resolving bugs 1412 and 1401. The detection of anomalies and forecasts are not completely infallible, in some cases an error can slip in.
