## About Locatify
Locatify is a software development company specialised in location-based mobile apps. Locatify's Creator CMS platform allows for creating, managing and publishing location-based content to Android and iOS apps. The platform has an app builder and features proximity triggered content, push notification, way-finding, quiz games, API integrations and flexible HTML templates. Locatify also offers Ultra-wideband Indoor Positioning technology (UWB RTLS).

**What do you like best about Locatify?**

Having a strong vision of what you want and need can work against you. But when you find it, it feels like a big dream becomes reality within a split second. That is exactly what happened when I met Sam from Locatify. Not only did he understand my vision, he was also able to guarantee me that whatever else I needed to complement or complete my vision, him and the team of Locatify would be able to deliver. And they have!  I have been working with Locatify since July 2018 and my vision has become reality and works wonders! Looking forward to further projects.

**What do you dislike about Locatify?**

Dealing with any business in different time zones can cause delays in communication.

**Recommendations to others considering Locatify:**

It is all in the preparation! Really think it through, what is your goal? How do you want it to look and feel? Engage with a graphic designer!

**What problems is Locatify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working in the tourism industry it allows us to disperse visitors in directions which are not only tailored to the needs and wants of a particular visitor, but also redirects them away from digested areas. This will increase the customer experience, length of stay, but will also encourage them to revisit the region, knowing there is so much more to see and do.

**What do you like best about Locatify?**

Simple user interface with tonnes of features. It was super easy to create and publish our audio guides using the Locatify platform. I really liked the fact you could create indoor and outdoor projects and the features covered everything we needed. the team at Locatify are always friendly and willing to help which is a bonus.

**What do you dislike about Locatify?**

Possibly too many features. It is clear the platform has been built to service multiple use cases so there were more features than we required. 

**Recommendations to others considering Locatify:**

Get a UI mocked up by a designer and give this to the team to create. Will save time and allow you more flexibility in the design.

**What problems is Locatify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to engage customers with content in a way which previously we didn't know was possible. Content which was previously restricted to sign, websites and rigid audio guide devices can now be accessible to anyone with a smartphone and we can update the content anytime with limited technical expertise which saves us time and money and allows us to react to trends quickly.
