"Top Nocht TMS Software at a Fraction of the Price"

What do you like best about LoadManager?

Ease of use and affordability. After signing up for the free trial, i got a welcome email with a link to a very simple training video series on their YouTube channels. Within a 1/2 hour I was able start brokering loads and moving freight.

I also like the integrated email and electronic document system.

If you use any of the load boards like DAT,Internet Truck Stop, 123LoadBoard or PostEverywhere can you post to these load boards in real-time just by clicking the checkbox.

This program also has two options handling Carrier Due Diligence. First option is free and it works directly with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). To add a carrier just enter in the DOT or MC number and load manager automatically pull down the carriers information including insurance coverage.

The second option is a paid service for SaferWatch. This is a much more comprehensive option which gives you the "green light" for carriers are meet all your requirements. It also will give you a "yellow light" for carrier that don't meet all your requirements but are still acceptable. lastly it will give you a "red light" for carriers that you definately should not use. What do you dislike about LoadManager?

It was only a 10 day trial, 30 days would have been nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering LoadManager:

If you have 15 users or less this is a great fit. If your company is much larger and you require some more robust features then this may not be for you unless you are price conscious. Some of the higher end programs which have more robust features are also very expensive and more difficult to use. I have looked at programs which easily cost $300 a month whereas load manager is less than $100 a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LoadManager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Staying organized and efficient. Keeping track of POD's is super easy since you can attach the POD directly to the load order. Also being able to dispatch a carrier rate confirmation directly to the drivers cell phone via email saves a lot of time. Definitely once the best freight broker software programs I have used. What do you like best about LoadManager?

Load Manager offers a very good balance of features and price. Scott and his team have been very helpful with addressing any concerns that we had so far. We have also asked for some programming changes be made specific to us and Scott was very responsive in making these adjustments to accommodate our business needs. What do you dislike about LoadManager?

I would suggest further developing the reporting section as well closer integration of mapping features. I know that these and other features are in the pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Load Manager may not have all the bells and whistles of the high priced products out there, but if you need robust dispatch and brokerage software and don't have hundreds of extra dollars to spend every month than this is the package for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
