
The best thing about Lixsa is that our customers are unable to distinguish between a machine and the human attention from our team. We have noticed a tremendous improvement in our customer service as it is always available and always providing the correct information that our customers need. While there is still much to improve and grow in this software, I would say what I like the least is that there is not yet a mobile application where I can receive notifications. Additionally, I would like it to integrate with more communication channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
