## LiveVoice Reviews
  ### 1. LiveVoice: Extremely simple, flexible, and cost-saving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena J. | Vice Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about LiveVoice?**

LiveVoice is extremely easy for users to operate, and anyone can dial in with their own device. There are (theoretically) no limitations on listeners and at the same time a high cost saving, as the organizer does not have to rent or buy any devices themselves.

**What do you dislike about LiveVoice?**

Nothing that directly relates to the app itself.

**What problems is LiveVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have "repurposed" LiveVoice a little from its original development idea for our needs. We are organizing a very large sports science congress, where we hold many parallel poster sessions in a large hall. Due to the resulting noise level, mobile tour guide systems were previously rented, which participants could borrow on-site to listen to the presenters through headphones. This meant extremely high costs, a limited number of available devices, and was not a particularly sustainable approach. With LiveVoice, we made a one-time investment in mobile devices, which we use as speaker phones and can reuse every year. The listeners still dial in with their own phones. Through LiveVoice, we have achieved significant cost savings with a more sustainable and much more flexible approach.

  ### 2. Outstanding Support, Accurate Translation, User Friendly, Enjoyable Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher B. | Planning Committee Member--this was a conference, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2026

**What do you like best about LiveVoice?**

Lukas Ploetz and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was responsive, detailed in his responses, flexible, and came through in the clutch. The technology worked very well, and Live Voice support throughout was great. Clear translation. Well done. The integration, pricing, and AI/Intelligence were all good: reasonable price, integration well with our audio/visual, and the AI was accurate.

**What do you dislike about LiveVoice?**

There were a few issues with audio syncing, but I think it mainly had to do with our Audio/Visual technology issues during the event. However, Live Voice responded well and helped fix the issue.

**What problems is LiveVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us have a good mix of human translation and AI translation. We prefer human, but the cost is prohibitive, and the technology worked quite well. We are a human-service oriented organization, and do not have a huge budget. This excellent service and technology will help us do more sustainable work, while also bringing in the human translation where truly needed/preferred.

  ### 3. Affordable System for Translation and works Instantly with Phones and a Laptop

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Production A. | Production Overseer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about LiveVoice?**

We didn't need to buy any additional gear and were able to use it straight away with a laptop and a headset. Everyone in our congregation can use their own smartphone and listen to the translation very easily. The latency of the audio transmission is very low, so there is no noticeable difference compared to analog devices. The price is very reasonable for a church.

**What do you dislike about LiveVoice?**

As long as you have a stable internet connection, everything works smoothly and is easy to use.

**What problems is LiveVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With LiveVoice, I don’t have to buy any additional hardware to hand out to our attendees. I also don’t have to distribute or collect headphones.
