I appreciate how well LGL provides all critical functions of a CRM at an incredibly affordable price - this provides an especially important resource for smaller nonprofits who don't have big budgets for enterprise-level systems. LGL support is also unparalleled - questions are always answered within 24 hours, and often much faster. Their assistance is always personal and clear. These are also really important functions for smaller nonprofits who have limited staff members and time and need personal, quick help to continue moving forward. What I like about Little Green Light is how it seems like it was designed just for my org. As a small but growing nonprofit, we use Little Green Light to track donors and accept donations but plan to use it for some of its other features as we expand. I really liked the ability to build a donation form within Little Green Light then copy and paste code into our Square Space website. The form was SUPER customize-able and we're able to accept secure donations. The charge for processing donations is less than or comparable to any other platform. I like how many features Little Green Light offers to keep track of donors and donations. Especially for more complicated donations (donations made through Employee matching programs, donations made through Donor-Advised Funds), LGL makes it super easy to tie multiple constituents to one gift. LGL simplifies the process of donor management. Its search function is far more user-friendly than the query features on other CRM systems I have used, and the automatic categorization of top donors, active donors, etc. makes it even easier to get a quick picture of how the fundraising year is going. We recently switched to LGL from a more "robust" CRM system, and while LGL is even more user-friendly and has just as many functions, its layout is not as visually appealing.
