Little Green Light is fairly easy to use. The home screen is laid out nicely and makes navigating easy. It is easy to keep up with financial records as well as keep a list of contacts. Recommendations to others considering Little Green Light: It is a very good service to use for small non-profits. In LGL you can upload letter templates created in Microsoft Word, so you can take full advantage of the formatting options in Word while also using the many merge fields available in our mail merge feature. The merged letters are then available as a Word download. It's great for smaller non-profits if you are you looking to track certain data. For example- with donors you can track their history and pull their info up very easily. When working for a nonprofit you need a solution that is very user friendly for staff and volunteers. This program covers all of this. The donation bulk entry makes campaign entry quick and easy. I also like that I can see specifically when my letters have been sent. Our auditor has been very happy to see that we can tie out between LGL and QBO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Little Green Light? I wish there was integration direct from Quickbooks Online. Other than this, I think the system fulfills all of our needs. If there had to be one thing we were wishing was there, that would be a mobile app and the ability to process our credit cards directly into LGL. Nicer emails for thank you letters would be great too but I have a feeling there is that option but we haven't looked into it enough with our Mail Chimp integration.
