LGL has been super easy to learn. We had to transfer all of our data over from another donor management database and it was a breeze. We didn't lose any info in the process. Also pulling reports is very simple which I appreciate. The customizable dashboard is also very nice! Overall my experience with LGL was been fantastic. Highly recommend! I haven't been able to figure out how to customize the end of year tax acknowledgment language and also I wish we could send the tax acknowledgments to everyone through email even if they have a home address on file. Little Green Light is like the swiss army knife of CRMs for any nonprofit on a budget. It's been an excellent CRM tool to record, track, communicate, and report donor activities. There's something about the vertical rather than horizontal view that is not intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Little Green Light: If you are okay with chat support instead of phone support, then you should be okay with LGL. At first, it's a little discouraging that you can't talk to someone. Many times, it is easier to explain something in a conversation than it is over text. However, the LGL support team stick with the back and forth until we have understanding including step-by-step instructions. I appreciate the special help I've received in designing a particular report in a particular way. It can sometimes be a rubrics cube and I appreciate their guidance on these questions.
