They didn't just switch on Zoho CRM — they mapped our full workflow as a print and graphics studio and built the system around it. We got a custom order-management module that matches how we quote, track and fulfill print jobs, a Kanban board that shows every order's status at a glance, and integrations that tie the whole operation together: our ecommerce store, SMS notifications, and Green Invoice for invoicing all flow automatically. They also built us a custom Zoho widget with dashboards tailored to how we work. The system is so capable that we wanted everything live at once- 1T pushed us to roll it out in phases instead, which was the right call but meant a couple of features we were excited about landed a bit later. Recommendations to others considering 1T Solutions and Experts: If you run an SMB in Israel and want Zoho CRM implemented properly — genuinely built around your business, not just turned on — talk to 1T Solutions. They're strong on the technical side (integrations, automations, custom widgets and dashboards) and they invest time up front to understand your actual workflow. Before 1T, our orders, customer data and communication were scattered across different tools with a lot of manual work. They consolidated everything into one Zoho CRM: a custom order module for a print shop, automatic SMS updates that keep customers informed on their order status, and a full segmented customer database for marketing. On top of that they built organizational automations and segmented campaigns- including automatic birthday offers- so a lot of our marketing now runs on its own. Since we started working with them, business has picked up noticeably, we collect far more Google reviews because our automated messages prompt happy customers to leave a rating, and running the whole operation from one clean Kanban view plus custom dashboards has saved us a lot of time.
