This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2026 **What do you like best about LinkyBot?** The thing I didn’t expect was how much of the actual conversation LinkyBot could handle after someone replied, while still knowing when a human should step in if necessary... What stands out most is the combination of personalized messaging and ongoing campaign adjustment, especially compared with generic LinkedIn automation we tried before. Casey stays personally involved in the targeting, messaging, and campaign decisions, which means I don’t have to manage another complicated software platform. When I needed a campaign adjusted or an integration fixed, he got into the workflow and handled it directly. **What do you dislike about LinkyBot?** It took several weeks before we had enough response data to see which audience and message combination worked best. That was longer than I initially expected. I still have to take over the most important conversations and run the sales process on my end. LinkyBot creates opportunities, but it doesn’t close the deals for me. I’d want more proactive communication during the first month around what’s being tested, what’s changing, and why. This isn’t an instant-results service. It’s a strong fit if you sell a valuable B2B service, know your ideal customer, and can follow up quickly when opportunities appear...It’s probably not worth it if your offer is low-ticket, your audience is too broad, or you expect automation to handle the entire sales process. **What problems is LinkyBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before working with Casey, our LinkedIn outreach was inconsistent, manual, and dependent on whether I had time to follow up...Now it runs as a managed system that consistently starts targeted conversations and moves interested prospects toward our calendar. I was spending a ton of hours each week finding prospects, sending messages, and managing follow-ups. Now I mainly review the strongest replies and take qualified calls. Since we started, we’ve seen a much steadier and consistent flow of targeted connections, qualified replies, and booked conversations.
