## LinkSquares Reviews
 ### 1. Great for all contracting needs!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brianna T. | Marketing & Growth Operations Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I find it really helpful that linksquares allows our contract management process to be centralized and simplified. Integrating with salesforce, it allows our sales team to generate the contract and directly communicate with our lawyer and counterparties. So helpful!

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

I dislike that in finalize, if you click on one template and go back it does not keep the templates in a set order. So it makes it difficult to keep track of which templates I am making edits to as an admin unless I open all the templates in separate tabs before making any edits to ensure I don't miss any.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Linksquare helps streamline the workflow of our contract management. Communications are all in one place! Version history is easy to view. Dynamic language helps contracts generate in a breeze. Task functionality allows us to never miss a metric in our contracts and stay ahead.

 ### 2. LinkSquares has completely streamlined our Contract review and management process.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Risa O. | Senior Legal Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

The collaboration in the contract review process is excellent, and includes the ability to let numerous individuals contribute. By implementing DocuSign into the platform, the process of contract review and finalization is effortless. I am particularly pleased with the Analyze feature of LinkSquares, as it enables me to manage thousands of contracts, and I am able to link those contracts with their associated amendments/exhibits/schedules, creating a comprehensive picture of the life of the contract.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

There are no specific dislikes; however, if our organization were to start over, we would have provided better instruction to LinkSquares representatives on how we envisioned the design of the platform, as it relates to our business model. The one piece of advice I would give prospective customers is to be very clear how you want the platform to perform in relation to your business needs, and the LinkSquares team will be happy to help achieve that goal.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares has provided our organization with the ability to create a comprehensive picture of the life of a contract, by linking a contract with all associated amendments/schedules/exhibits.

 ### 3. Streamlined Contract Management with Room for Integration Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sneha D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I use LinkSquares as part of our legal and operations workflow to manage and track contracts across different teams. I like how it centralizes contracts in one place, which improves coordination between legal, procurement, and compliance teams. The search functionality is very helpful when we need to quickly locate specific clauses or past agreements during audits or internal reviews. What I like most about LinkSquares is how it simplifies contract search and organization, saving us a lot of time. I also appreciate the centralized repository, giving better visibility across teams, helping them stay aligned without the need for back-and-forth emails. I value the strong tracking of key dates and contract status, reducing the risk of missing renewals or compliance deadlines. It’s practical and doesn't make the workflow overly complicated.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

I believe one area that LinkSquares could be improved is the initial setup and data organization. When we first started using LinkSquares, uploading and tagging older contracts required a fair amount of manual effort, especially to ensure accurate metadata. The search functionality is useful overall, but sometimes results can depend heavily on how well documents are tagged, so consistency in data entry becomes important. A bit more automation or smarter suggestions in this area would make it even more efficient. Better native integrations with tools like Google Drive, Salesforce, and Slack would make the workflow even smoother.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LinkSquares to centralize contracts, ensuring they're properly organized and accessible across teams. It reduces time spent searching for clauses, prevents missed deadlines by tracking status and important dates, and improves coordination between legal, procurement, and compliance teams.

 ### 4. Revolutionized Legal Operations and Streamlined Processes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassie E. | Legal Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

Since implementing LinkSquares our legal department has completely changed the way that our department operates and works with other departments. Our processes have been streamlined immensely and we have seen a great adoption of it company wide. Prior to onboarding with LinkSquares, we had little internal control over where contracts were at and having the visibility has allowed us to speed up our review process and ensure continuity across the business.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

The biggest gap that we have with now is the lack of natural language search. We are told that this is a feature that is on the road map but the timeline continues to get extended.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A big problem that LinkSquares has solved for us is having our workload all in one place rather than working out of inboxes and in silos. We have also reduced the time chasing after fully executed documents, because everything flows directly into the repository.

 ### 5. Streamlined Contract Management with Top-Tier Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erika Q. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I love how LinkSquares holds all of our contract workflows and serves as our central contract repository in Analyze. LinkSquares provides organized workflows and makes progress tracking easy. The Word plug-in offers accurate assistance and adds invaluable input on new agreements, making it efficient to review all documents. The reporting features and data are easily accessible for each new and stored contract. I also found the initial setup very easy, especially with the guidance from the LinkSquares onboarding team.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

The only item that would be a huge help would be a PDF compare feature so that we can ensure any PDF'd agreements align with internal agreed upon versions.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares organizes our contract workflows and serves as a central contract repository. It offers organized workflows, easy progress tracking, accurate Word plug-in assistance, and simple reporting data.

 ### 6. Seamless Document Process with Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd L. | Enterprise Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I love how LinkSquares makes the process of sending documents to our customers and prospects as simple as any service of that kind that I've ever used. The Salesforce integration automatically catalogs the documents with the right account and opportunity, and we can create new documents right in the opportunity to send to a particular customer. It takes a ton of friction out of the process; it's much easier to understand where legal redlines are, what's standard vs. negotiable, and what's actually holding up the process. The transparency in all of it makes the paper process so much easier. Also, I appreciate that LinkSquares lets you search through contract language after the fact and highlight risk. It's also less expensive.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

It doesn't give sales as much self service flexibility as we would like. I wish it would make it easier to spot the one or two clauses that actually matter for closing, rather than forcing me to navigate an entire document.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares simplifies sending documents, integrates with Salesforce for easy cataloging, enhances transparency in legal processes, and allows contract language searching and risk highlighting.

 ### 7. LinkSquares Boosts Efficiency, and Greater Internal Business Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda C. | Sr. Vice President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

We have been using LinkSquares for several years now. The platform has consistently surpassed our expectations, delivering enhanced business process outcomes, greater internal operational efficiency, and increased agility in our business processes.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

If I had to point out a drawback to working with LinkSquares, it would be the need to decide on the number of documents and users at the outset of the contract. It was somewhat difficult to make the right choice without knowing how widely the platform would be adopted. However, this challenge was more of an internal dilemma than a fault of LinkSquares itself.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing contract workflows while integrating our internal contracting thresholds and approval processes has been streamlined with the use of this platform. It enables us to maintain consistency and ensures that the appropriate ownership entities are used. Additionally, it helps us adhere to our contracting thresholds, with the correct sign-offs documented all within a single platform.

 ### 8. Automated Workflows and E-Signatures Enhance Contract Management Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karina M. | Legal Director of Compliance and Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

LinkSquares has been instrumental in helping our organization streamline the management of our contracts. Their platform has not only improved our efficiency in handling contract workflows but has also made the e-signature process incredibly seamless, saving us time and reducing manual effort. The overall experience has significantly enhanced our contract lifecycle management, making it more organized and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

One area for improvement is the contract upload process. When uploading already-executed contracts for filing, it can take longer than expected for them to appear and be accessible on the platform. A faster turnaround would make the system even more efficient for record-keeping and reference.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares makes the generation of agreements significantly faster by using smart templates with fillable fields. Instead of editing entire documents manually, employees simply answer guided questions that automatically populate the necessary sections. This reduces the risk of accidentally deleting or altering key information, ensures consistency across all agreements, and keeps the formatting clean and streamlined. It’s a much more efficient and reliable way to generate contracts.

 ### 9. Streamlines Contract Management with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hayley M.

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I think LinkSquares is super easy to use. The user interface makes onboarding new users a breeze. We can create any type of template or dashboard tile/report, making it a really flexible tool to meet our needs. The Word Add-In is a huge help for my team because using the tool within Word is a game changer. It reduces the time it takes to download, open, save, and re-upload versions since we can manage all of that within Word. We can also leave comments directly in the document and tag specific users. The Word Add-In lets us pull items from the Clause Library directly into the Word document without leaving the same screen/window. Setting up Analyze was very easy, as we just provided all our agreements and the tag structure we wanted, and LinkSquares took care of the rest. I've had a great experience with LinkSquares so far and I'm very excited about the future with them.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

The email functionality within Finalize is clunky, so that is something that could be improved to better keep all information for an agreement together. If emails could directly match themselves to the correct agreement, either by utilizing an id number or otherwise. Currently, a team member has to manually match most emails to agreements.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LinkSquares for managing contracts, which improved our organization, reduced review time, and provided better negotiation oversight. It's easy to use, flexible, and integrates well with Word, allowing for direct document editing and clause management. It saves time and meets our needs effectively.

 ### 10. Seamless Contract Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2023

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I love that LinkSquares acts as a central contract repository and automates our contract generation process. The customer support is top tier and definitely the best in the game. I enjoy how easy it is to use and set up, especially since many of our users are non-legal professionals. Their new Link AI tool is embedded across the platform, allowing it to access all the data and provide useful insights on demand, which has really good potential.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

The UI and features can be improved. There's limited integration between the modules, and having more integration would be useful. Also, the Slack integration could be enhanced, as having the ability to run more commands in Slack would be useful since most of our users live in Slack.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares acts as our central contract repository, automates contract generation, and is easy to use, crucial for non-legal users. The Link AI tool provides insights by accessing all data.

 ### 11. Exceptional Support And User-Friendly Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roz S. | Director of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

What I like best about LinkSquares is how easy the platform is to use while still offering powerful functionality. The ability to run reports quickly and efficiently. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. I especially appreciate how their tech and development teams worked closely with us to implement a complex process tailored to our unique processes within our Salesforce integration.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

There’s not much to dislike from what we've experienced so far. However, we’re still in the early stages of using the platform and haven’t yet explored its full potential.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares is helping us streamline our contract management and reporting processes. Before, tracking contract data and generating insights required a lot of manual effort. Now, we can easily run reports and access key information quickly, which saves time and improves accuracy. Additionally, their support with our Salesforce integration has helped us connect contract data with other business systems, creating a more efficient and centralized workflow.

 ### 12. User-Friendly and Transparent Contract Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2024

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I like that LinkSquares is very user-friendly and fits almost all our needs. It's easy to understand and very intuitive, which makes it simple for our salespeople to use. I appreciate that it organizes all contracts in a repository and helps us draft new agreements with templates. It provides a lot of transparency when working on agreements. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

I would love if there were more searching or filtering options in finalize

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares organizes all contracts in a repository and aids in drafting agreements with templates. It's user-friendly and intuitive, offering transparency which our sales people find easy to work with.

 ### 13. Streamlines Contract Management with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James C.

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I like the team that supported the implementation of LinkSquares, their responsiveness, and the speed of interaction with support. We aren't waiting for solutions and missing opportunities as a result. I know that the solution will have an answer to the problem case. Plus, the intuitive nature of the tool allows teams to use it effectively, even if they are resistant to change. The setup was really easy, and the team helped massively to enable us to migrate quickly.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

The AI is good but it would be ideal if it could use other sources to improve the advice it provides, like including precedence in other agreements. When using the LS AI add-in, it only looks at the single agreement, unlike Co-Pilot where you can load multiple reference documents. The ability to open access to specific users is driven by tags, which can make it complex to administer different user access. We try to discourage users from downloading agreements locally, but in some use cases, this is required. Presently, the download is binary and cannot be checked on a user-by-user (or agreement-by-agreement) basis.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares solves inconsistent contracting approaches, governance/adherence to policies, and key contract access issues. It helps teams understand obligations and respond quickly to customers. We're not waiting for solutions or missing opportunities, and the tool is intuitive, even for those resistant to change.

 ### 14. Intuitive, Streamlined, and Supported: LinkSquares Exceeds Expectations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

LinkSquares is very intuitive and easy to use. Contract review and execution have become much more streamlined for our company. The tools provided for the review process instill confidence that every contract is being seen by the appropriate team members and approved for execution. The customer service is also excellent. All of our questions are answered promptly.
I love the template creator in Finalize. I'm still learning new ways to improve our templates to make them easier and easier to execute. The tagging function in Analyze is a powerful tool for contract organization. With a few clicks I can find a contract. It's also great having a dedicated Customer Success representative that checks in with us and continues to provide support, even after several years of using LinkSquares.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

The AI read of the parties of a contract is often inaccurate and requires pretty constant upkeep. Once you get your Party Library built, it gets easier, but there's definitely a learning curve. I wish I could delete parties from the Party Library as well. Once they are created (even by the AI), they are in the library forever.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage contracts from multiple entities, and LinkSquares offers a centralized location to store all of them. This makes it simple for our executive team to get a comprehensive overview, while also allowing us to grant each entity access only to the contracts that pertain to them. Additionally, the platform establishes a clear framework for approvals throughout the review process. We feel assured that every contract is thoroughly reviewed and approved by the right individuals before it is signed.

 ### 15. Now I Can Breathe..Linksquares' Legal Management System to the Rescue

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dani N. | Senior Risk Program Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

Linksquares Finalize and Prioritize is the best thing that has happen to my legal team. Not only is it user friendly, aesthetically it is easy on the eye. Through Finalize, all business users can access the templates prepared easily and are able to understand which template to use because I am able to input a description for each template. The clear cut way we can separate our internal versions from third-party has been chef's kiss for my company. Not to mention that the redline process is much faster -- the requester can send messages directly from the platform to the counterparty and they can respond directly back to me for internal review. Once that dance is over, welcome to the ease of using Docusign (easily integrated) straight from the platform.

Having an A-type personality, Linksquares eases my stress with its organization of the all agreements saved in Analyze with major and useful business terms highlighted -- which is a major A++ in my book.

We also use Prioritize for other general requests/questions submission -- which gets a lot of traffic as well. if you identify and prepare all the template questionnaires - all business users find it easier to navigate and get answers to questions they need. The more information I provide the easiest it is for the to select the appropriate template.

Customer support is awesome and always available to help me think of a quick fix to any issues that comes across my way. For example, I needed assistance with sending comments to the requestor in Prioritize. Our AM went above and beyond in their support for us and we got it fixed within a weeks notice -- even though some product updates had to be applied. The point is -- the service and timeliness in responses are phenomenal.

All in all I am satisfy with my care (Big Hero 6 style). Great product and awesome team to work with as well.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

Sometimes the business users would include a contract in Prioritize when it needed to uploaded into Finalize. Currently there is not a way to link the two products to remove it from Prioritize and automatically create a ticket to Finalize to process.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Legal management of contracts between all departments in my company.

 ### 16. Logical Steps, AI, Advanced Data Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis A. | Manager, Legal Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

Implementing LinkSquares over 2 years ago as our company's CLM Center of Excellence (CoE) has significantly improved our operations in the Legal department. Thanks to LinkSquares, we've successfully reduced the unwanted noise that previously disrupted our workflow. Our attorneys, paralegals, and contract administrators can now focus on legal work that directly impacts our revenue, instead of spending valuable time resolving misunderstandings. This achievement wouldn't have been possible without the collaborative efforts of our Procurement, Partnership, and Strategy teams. By streamlining their communication with Legal via LinkSquares, we have created a more efficient and effective service that allows our Legal team to better support cross-functional teams.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

In the Finalize tool, some automation should be optional. For example, if no approver has been assigned, it should not go to "Ready for signature" status. The status should include one or two different options for "Internal Review" to help keep metrics on which internal team has the contract. Given that it is a Contract Management tool, it is most likely used by Legal Teams. However, the larger the company, the less contact the Legal team has with counterparties. The business or account manager is always the liaison.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Analyze tool offers an exceptional experience for Contract Analytics and Document Repository. Meanwhile, the Finalize tool assists the Legal Team in streamlining contract intake with cross-functional teams, including the sales team through its integration with Salesforce.

 ### 17. The Best CLM on the Market!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

What I like best about LinkSquares is how user-friendly it is. It has increased our legal team’s productivity immensely, and I also really appreciate the help section and the webinars.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

It would be nice if I could upload multiple agreements in Finalize all at once, instead of having to add them as attachments. Right now, once all the documents are executed, only the first agreement I uploaded gets transferred automatically into Analyze, and the other agreements still have to be uploaded manually.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently no problems at this time.

 ### 18. Exceptional Integration and Support, Dramatic Time Savings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

The Salesforce integration has been as good as advertised. The global terms in Analyze have turned a half dozen projects that would have taken days into projects that took hours. The team - from sales to implementation to customer success to support - has been generally excellent. They're responsive and seem committed to helping us get the most out of our subscription.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

As an admin and user, I've found it easier to get the hang of Finalize more than Analyze. The dashboards aren't as customizable as I'd like. We have some click-to-accept agreements, and there's not a quick, straightforward way to get records of those clicks into LinkSquares

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a CLM that was easier for non-legal users to use. We also wanted to more easily search and get insights about contracts on file.

 ### 19. Robust CLM Platform with Outstanding Support, but Clarity on Future Feature Access Needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick L. | Director of Contracting and Internal Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

Our experience with LinkSquares has been excellent across the board—from initial sales engagement to full onboarding and daily use of its core platform, including Analyze, Finalize, and the Microsoft Word plugin. The product has delivered tangible improvements to our contract lifecycle. The Word integration has become essential to our redlining process. With our customized drafting rules in place, it flags problematic terms and suggests preferred language in real-time, enabling faster, more consistent edits without toggling between platforms.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

While we are very satisfied with the core platform, I would have appreciated more clarity around which features are included in our subscription tier. Specifically, functionality like risk scoring and private label email domains were referenced during our discovery and decision-making phases, and we initially understood these as standard platform features. Learning post-contract that they require additional costs or access to higher-tier subscriptions was a disappointment. These are highly relevant features that we expected to deploy early on.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares is helping us centralize and operationalize contract management across a complex, high-volume logistics organization. Before implementation, our contract repository was decentralized and fragmented—agreements were stored in shared drives, email inboxes, and paper files with no consistent visibility into terms, expiration dates, or renewal risk. We also lacked a scalable system for reviewing and approving new contracts, which led to delays, version control issues, and inconsistent risk mitigation across departments.

With LinkSquares Analyze, we now have a fully searchable, AI-tagged repository of contracts, enabling our legal and risk teams to run real-time reporting on critical terms like indemnification, governing law, and termination. This has materially improved our ability to manage risk and stay ahead of renewal and compliance deadlines.

With Finalize, we’ve been able to create standardized intake and approval workflows that align with our internal policies. This has reduced turnaround times, improved consistency, and allowed us to shift legal resources away from routine routing tasks and toward higher-value work. The Microsoft Word plugin further enhances our contract review process by flagging non-compliant language in real-time based on our customized drafting rules—bringing a level of automation and consistency to negotiations that we did not previously have.

The overall result is improved efficiency, reduced risk exposure, and increased business alignment. LinkSquares has enabled our legal function to operate more strategically and deliver faster, more predictable outcomes for the business.

 ### 20. Streamlined Contract Management with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany E. | Sr. regulatory & Compliance Paralegal, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I like that everything is in one place. The contracts, the emails, the various versions, etc. are all within LinkSquares, making it easy to find out what the status is and keeping everything related to a particular contract together. There's no need to search in different places. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the customer service team was phenomenal.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

The only comment I have is that the Priority platform needs some additional updating, but I do understand it's their newest product.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares solves the problem of having things in multiple places by storing emails, drafts, versions, comments, and history in one place. I like that everything is centralized, making it easy to find out the status of a contract without searching different places.

 ### 21. Effective Contract Management, But Needs Better Support

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah P.

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I use LinkSquares for contract management, and I appreciate its organization and search features. It also provides quick access to key terms and offers templates which I find useful.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

I have a few issues with LinkSquares. The signature reliability isn't great; sometimes the signature requests just don't get sent, and you don't even get a notice about it not being sent. Also, the support can be really slow, taking more than 24 hours for a response at times. The autorenewal reminders could be better, and linking documents isn't as smooth as I'd like.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LinkSquares for contract management, solving issues with organization, signature capabilities, and storage. I like the organization, search features, quick access to key terms, and templates.

 ### 22. Choose LinkSquares!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dolly B. | Legal and Compliance Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I love the customer service, how user friendly it is and how the company actually implements changes based on customer feedback.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

There are just a couple little things I am hoping to be able to do in the future like mark checkboxes during the signing process and for the system to note which page a signer missed spots.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to make sure appropriate approvers are involved and that we have a good repository with a goal to reduce risk.

 ### 23. Efficient; Effective; Excellent.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

The ability to scale and be more productive. Self-service; other departments can access it and answer simple questions themselves.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

None. It's a vast improvement over not using contract management software.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of access to information, ease of finding information. I joined a company with 20 year client relationships and partnerships, so organizing the contractual aspects of the relationship is key.

 ### 24. The best overall contract management and automation software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

LinkSquares document summary ability is by far the best I've tested (we trialed 4 different competing software in our selection process). We've been using them for 3 years now. Transitioning to them is easy with bulk uploads and their assistance with the onboarding process. Contract automation in finalize is simple, which is a big differentiator as some of the competitors were complicated and resulted in a low likelihood of adoption. I really like that the AI summary provides a link to where in the contract it says what is summarized.

I also can't overstate how good their customer service. You talk to real people (and even video calls), and they're actually helpful and pleasant. It's a game changer from the typical service call center. I don't dread the help line like I do with so many of my other vendors.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

Every software has its downsides. For LinkSquares, one is probably the lack of an AI chat like functionality (so far), which would be a nice add considering where the market seems to be going. It's organized a bit like a spreadsheet of agreements with tags, with the ability to search your contract by type, tag, or contents. While you can link agreements in a parent/child designation, those who like folder style organization may have to get used to it. I also wish it had a data room function, where I could place certain documents and allow limited 3rd party access.

Finally, keep it mind that it's not the cheapest option out there. But I do feel I get more value from it than I do from the less costly options I looked at. It works seamlessly and is less prone to problems

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes the administration out of contract management. Our people don't have to remember when items are expiring - the software will remind them. It also allows for quick review of key terms of contracts, saving significant time flipping through documents every time you want to find a warranty period or termination date. The Finalize contract automation piece also allows our people to self serve certain contract needs, reducing turnaround time from the legal group and speeding up the time to completion.

 ### 25. Streamlined Contract Management with Stellar Support

I appreciate how LinkSquares helps with contract management across multiple states, making it efficient for storing and accessing information throughout various locations. The AI reading of the contracts is a notable feature that I find valuable. It also enhances communication between corporate entities. I like that everything in LinkSquares works well, and the initial setup was quick. The team worked with us to create a system tailored to our company's needs.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

There are no dislikes.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LinkSquares for contract management across multiple states, providing storage, access in multiple locations, and AI reading of contracts. Reporting and storing of data and forms is remarkable.

 ### 26. Streamlined Contract Management with Powerful AI and Seamless Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

The LinkSquares CLM platform stands out for its user-friendly and intuitive interface, which makes navigating and managing contracts simple and efficient. One of my favorite features is the Microsoft Word plug-in, which provides a seamless way to edit agreements without leaving the familiar Word environment. The AI Assist function within the plug-in is exceptional—one of the best AI tools I’ve worked with—offering insightful suggestions that speed up the review process and enhance accuracy. Additionally, the clause library is an invaluable resource for storing frequently used clauses and easily adding new ones from current agreements, ensuring consistency and saving time across the contracting process.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

While LinkSquares offers many strong features, there are a few areas for growth. The post-signature repository currently lacks an AI chatbot for real-time assistance—though I understand this feature is in development, which is promising. On the pre-signature side, the out-of-the-box reporting options are somewhat limited; while custom reports can be created, they come at an additional cost. Lastly, navigating the contract negotiation and workflow process tends to be easier when there are fewer reviewers and approvers. That said, some of this complexity stems from our own internal processes rather than the platform itself.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares has helped us address several key challenges in our contracting process. For our business and commercial teams, it provides greater visibility and transparency into contract status, reducing delays and improving alignment across departments. For the legal team, the platform has significantly increased the speed and efficiency of contract review and approval, allowing us to turn around agreements faster and support internal stakeholders more effectively. By centralizing contract data and streamlining workflows, LinkSquares has reduced bottlenecks, improved collaboration, and enabled us to manage risk more proactively.

 ### 27. Streamlined Contract Management with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon W. | Contract Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

Our experience with LinkSquares has been truly exceptional. The platform has streamlined our entire contract review process, reducing manual work and improving accuracy. Implementation was straightforward, and the support team has been responsive and knowledgeable whenever we’ve had questions. The system is reliable, user-friendly, and continues to deliver consistent value across our workflows.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

Least helpful thing about LinkSqaures is the webpage refreshing every time make a change, whether task/approvals or updating information on the info tab.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares has solved several challenges for our organization that used to slow us down. Before, contracts were scattered across different systems, making it hard to track key terms or find past agreements. Now everything is centralized and searchable, which has saved us countless hours. The AI-powered review features highlight critical clauses like payment terms, indemnity, or termination language, helping us identify risks quickly and reduce manual review time.

 ### 28. For the price it is by far the best CLM!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda A. | Corporate Paralegal, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

We love LinkSquares! I has helped our startup scale at a much faster rate as now we have a CLM that is amazing! We use both Analyze and Finalize and we love it all! It has truly helped our company become more agile in the contract process as a whole, from initiation to execution. It does it all! We use it every day all day, and have Sales Reps in APAC, EMEA and the US. It is used globally by our company, we could not be happier!

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

The pipeline is a bit slow. We hope that LinkSquares will work to improve the timeline of new technology.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares has solved our unorganized contract review process. We are now organized and we have been able to scale faster because of this product.

 ### 29. Streamlined Legal Document Management with LinkSquares, Enhances Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerri K. | Sr. Paralegal, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

LinkSquares is a fantastic tool for the in-house legal team. It provides the level of visibility for all stakeholders necessary to bring an agreement to close, is user friendly, time saving and holds the entire team accountable with complete accessibility and documentation through the entire lifecycle of an agreement. LinkSquares integration with other applications such as SalesForce, MS Word and DocuSign make agreement management seamless and efficient. The customer service provided by the LinkSquares team is amazing with one on one monthly (in our case) meetings to go over any issues we may have and to educate us on any new or updated/enhanced features of the app.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

I have only a few dislikes about LinkSquares - I would like the ability to 'nudge' stakeholders more than once during a review cycle and have noticed a small amount of discrepancies when attempting to search for agreements - sometimes receiving agreements not intended and not getting the one needed.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems we had before implementing LinkSquares were, lack of a truly central location for agreements, lack of full visibility cross departmentally, lack of a centralized documentation process - relying on emails only and counting on one team or another to keep a log. LinkSquares has solved each of these - leading to a higher level of documentation - keeping all versions of an agreement - in order - in one place - allowing communication across all stakeholders for full visibility and accountability and allowing for streamlined process increasing productivity, decreasing time needed to close and less ambiguity.

 ### 30. Great Product and Excellent Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

The LinkSquares team is very committed to making the onboarding and and implementation process a success.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

Like any technology deployment, there is a lot of time investment that can be difficult to commit to making the roll out process smooth across the organization. LinkSquares has services to assist with building out your instance but comes at at ad-on cost. Would be great if they considered rolling those services in as an all-in price to present a competitive advantage in the market.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares is helping us to automate contract lifecycle management and serve as a single source of truth for the organization. It is also putting the initial contract drafting into the internal stakeholder's hands and allowing the legal team to shrink the amount of time spent on initial drafting of agreements.

 ### 31. Link Squares has streamlined our contract management process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I love that LS scans the contract and provides a quick abstract for an easier review process. Also, having the signature tool within LS streamlines the process

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

SAVE and EXIT option in a template so an end user can go back into it without having to start the process all over.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have an up-to-date CLM system to efficiently work with all our business lines. End users love the visibility of where their contracts stand in the legal review process plus having 24/7 access to all their agreements.

 ### 32. Efficient Contract Management, Needs Improved Salesforce Sync

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colby G. | Business Analysts, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I really like the customizability with templates that LinkSquares offers. This feature, along with the ability to read different variables in a Salesforce integration, is particularly valuable. Being able to have a seamless integration with Salesforce so that data can be read and automatically populate fields on templates and contracts is incredibly helpful.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

Some of the write back functionality with LinkSquares to Salesforce isn't that great. It can't read agreements in Salesforce.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares solves having a centralized place for all agreements and automates creating and signing documents.

 ### 33. Trust Ops Manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I like how easy and intuitive LinkSquares is to use. When my team has questions, our CSM and support are always willing to help

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

A downside of LinkSquares is lack of reversibility of things. Agreements go from Finalize to Analyze, but not the other way around. Also, we've had some trouble with integrations with SF and other applications

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares is providing a forum that makes it easy to collaborate on with other stakeholders internally. It is much more efficient than working only with Word

 ### 34. Powerful and User-Friendly Smart Repository

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lanina M. | Senior Paralegal, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

Analyze has been a game changer for us! The tool is incredibly user-friendly, and the search and reporting functionality makes it easy to quickly locate key terms and generate reports. The team uses the tool almost daily! Integration was seamless and required very little effort on our side. Customer service has also been outstanding - the team is always responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

Nothing - the experience has been entirely positive.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve been able to centralize our post-execution contract analysis and reduce manual review time.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

Areas for improvement in LinkSquares include enhanced reporting options and streamlined reporting processes.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares allows my company to have an organized, robust storage of contracts.

 ### 36. Useful Functionality, Exceptional Support, and Continuous Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I like how LinkSquares tracks the changes/activity for documents, I like the customer support, and I like the connection to DocuSign.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

I wish the notification settings had more customization options, I wish there was an easier way to have tables or excel work with LinkSquares, and I wish the AI functionality was more accurate.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares solves the problem of not being able to keep track of the status and location of documents. If a document was intially drafted using Finalize in LinkSquares, it is usually easy to locate all of the versions of the drafts or signed agreements. There is less worry about trying to track down someone to find if they have a version of a document in their email or on their drive. It's also easier to collaborate with multiple users and make sure key players are approving documents. LinkSquares helps eliminate some of the research of trying to find out when a deadline is approaching, and it makes it easier to stay organized. It also helps with the critical need to allow non-lawyers have access preset language with options that are based on answers they select.

 ### 37. Legal document respository

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott F. | Senior Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

It's a single point of legal documents within my organization that allows me to quickly pull up the agreements when needed.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

It defaults to displaying legal documents in the raw text format, but I *always* click on the view original as the PDF of the documents will contain important context - for instance showing information ina table.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I am responsible for my customer's success with using their subscription, it is important that I am able to see what legal obligations we have to them or they have to us. Being able to quickly get this information in support of internal and external discussions is a critical part of my job.

 ### 38. Mostly great

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I enjoy Linksquares' intuitive user design which makes the experience seamless, such as the smooth integration between Finalize and emails, being able to quickly navigate between Finalize/Analyze, and its helpful AI tool that scans contracts and summarizes important clauses. The templates workflows are also well thought, and we use the Dynamic Language feature quite often to combine similar templates. The tags are also quite helpful. We found Customer Support to be responsive and helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

I wish we could access a "Counterparty Page" with a list of all contracts between us and a specific company, which now we can only do by searching an filtering. The contracts end up not being centralized and categorized by counterparty, and the AI tool that processes contracts in Analyze often creates multiple variations of the same company (for example, the same counterparty will show in different contracts with different capitalization, etc, instead of having the exact same name). Some other minor bumps such as not being able to bulk delete or edit agreements in Analyze.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us process executed agreements faster, and assists in the contract lifecycle through its Finalize feature, which is time-saving especially when there are multiple reviewers involved.

 ### 39. Streamlined Contract Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becky K. | K - 6 Cyber Teacher for Charleroi Online Learning Academy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

LinkSquares makes contract management incredibly efficient and user friendly. The ability to store, search, and organize contracts with AI-powered tagging saves so much time. I especially appreciate how easy it is to track contract status and manage renewals. The reporting features and search functionality are extremely helpful and give us full visibility across all agreements.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

While LinkSquares is powerful, its learning curve can be steep for new users. Some customization options are limited, and the platform occasionally feels rigid when trying to tailor it to specific workflows.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares is solving the problem of disorganized and time-consuming contract management. It helps by centralizing all contracts in one place, making it easy to search, track, and analyze key terms and deadlines. This has saved us time, reduced human error, and improved compliance by ensuring nothing important slips through the cracks.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

LinkSquares has fast-tracked our contract management process through the use of its pre-signature tool (Analyze) and post-signature tool (Finalize). Our legal team now uses LinkSquares daily for our contract review process which has significantly helped our team become more efficient. LinkSquares customer support is beyond amazing, they respond to issues quickly and if they cannot immediately solve the issue they keep you updated on how the problem is being fixed. Customer Success reps help field any questions and inform you on key new features to they system. LinkSquares has many key Integrations into Word and SSO which allows you to review agreements directly in word and upload them to the system automatically. Implementing the Software was extremely easy and streamlined with the LinkSquares team doing most of the work during the implementation process and helping resolve any pending issues.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

LinkSquares AI is able to read PDF and word documents in its Analyze module but not able to read PDFs in the Finalize module.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares solves our ability to easily find agreements quickly and easily through its flat library structure which allows for comprehensive searchability compared to our legacy file storage system. In addition it also helps us keep track of in flight agreements which was previously done through outlook. Both these aspects ensure that in progress agreements and completed agreements are not missed.

 ### 42. LinkSquares Streamlines Contract Management and Upkeep with Excellent Organizational Structure

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

LinkSquares is an exceptional organizational platform that a variety of companies would benefit from. This platform has transformed the way we organize and store contracts and is constantly improving and adapting to customer needs. LinkSquares provides the much-needed organizational structure to our large agreement database, and while there are constant new features and improvements, the platform maintains the existing workflow. LinkSquares was clearly developed with the user in mind, and navigating the different features is simple, especially with the assistance of their excellent customer service representatives. The support team is knowledgeable, willing and eager to help users gain the most they can out of the platform, responsive, and friendly. I highly recommend LinkSquares for any team looking for an organized and streamlined mode of contract management and upkeep. Specific abilities I enjoy are the ability to export large lists of agreements in the form of excel spreadsheets custom to your reporting needs, the search function for quick and easy access, reminders and calendars indicating upcoming termination dates and auto-renewals, and the alphabetized organization of both approved and pending agreements.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

I do not find many weaknesses with the platform, but if I had to choose some things to change it would include the following: the ability for filters applied to calendars to translate over to the next month instead of having to re-select, the ability to organize agreements by folders.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkSquares has helped my team and I to organize and maintain a large volume of contracts. In the past, we had inundated each other with emails asking for contracts, asking for details on contracts, scrambling to figure out termination dates, etc. With LinkSquares, these issues are resolved. Using the platform has eliminated much of the time consuming and often times confusing email communications going back and forth with agreements. The platform allows all users to simply search the agreement they are looking for, find high level details, and download the agreement(s) from the site.

I never feel overwhelmed or lost while navigating the site. Overall, the design and usability of the LinkSquares website make it a pleasure to use and a great resource for exploring their services.

My first impression is great!

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

The output of the AI is as accurate and better in nearly all circumstances. Is it 100% perfect with the output? No, but it saves significant time and resources as compared to manual searching.

The customer support team is top notch, always responsive, and willing to listen to feedback. They are quick to address issues and works with our Salesforce admin to ensure that integration issues are addressed. If something is not addressable in a quick fashion (e.g., report creation), they are willing to work the issue further with their internal team and circle back.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

The new product feature launch isn't always seamless. Perhaps some more targeted outreach that correlates historical usage with feature launch could benefit others.

It's a small nit - sometimes the product names do not necessarily align with the functionality of the product, which is understandable, but it makes it hard for the product to resonate at times.

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes unstructured data contained in contracts and structures it. It removes the manual process of entering this data into fields in Salesforce and automates it instead. It provides this all in a way that is effective and efficient. We've also used it for some aspects of due diligence to better

**What do you like best about LinkSquares?**

I like that the AI used by Linksquares will extract the auto renewal date and will send me reminds via email. This has saved me time from manually looking at the contracts. Also, we can send out 50 agreements in a week and it not take that much time.

**What do you dislike about LinkSquares?**

If you mainly use google drive, it maybe difficult to transition to Word. Linksquares strictly uses Word for edits (from what I know). If there is a chart in a template, it messes up the formatting

**What problems is LinkSquares solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our legal team is comprised of two people. Linksquares automates our contract saving and creating process. We don't need to delete and insert information since we create templates that autofills. Our contracts are stored and anaylzed to provide the most up-to-date information.
