**What do you like best about LinkEye?**

Its is a purpose built product for WAN monitoring and management and integrates well with any major SD-WAN product like Fortiner , Silver Peak, Versa , Meraki etc

AI-Troubleshooting kicks in as soon as a WAN circuit is down and performs troubleshooting checks on the SD-WAN device.

Its greatest feature is the ability to track SLA compliance of ISPs. Calculate Penalty amounts for SLA violations etc.

**What do you dislike about LinkEye?**

Reporting dashboards can be made better with more export options.

**What problems is LinkEye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkEye helps us to

1. Save Time: It allows us to monitor & manage hundreds of WAN Circuits across the globe from a single SaaS portal. AI does auto troubleshooting in case of a circuit is down. It can also open a ticket with service provider.

2. Optimize costs: It helps us do proper capacity planning of the WAN circuits.

3. ISP accountability: It helps track the performance of the ISPs and claim penalty from ISP for SLA breaks.

Co-poilt for NOC operators to identify RCA for Internet related issues saves hours of times spent in toubleshooting
