**What do you like best about LIMSABC?**

Some of the help desk members are very helpful. Glad to know some people do care about their jobs and customers.

**What do you dislike about LIMSABC?**

The system lags from time to time. I cannot log in via my iPhone (even with a desktop request). I always had to find a desktop to log in to check the status of the lab samples.  They told me to fix an error code myself once and sent me instructions instead of them doing it.

**What problems is LIMSABC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are developing new panels for our tests.

**What do you like best about LIMSABC?**

That even with the basic build of the software it's capable of so much and we love that it is very easy to customize for our company's needs.  The support we get from the engineers whenever we need changes is wonderful and we love how everything is quickly implemented.

**What do you dislike about LIMSABC?**

Some of the functionality takes awhile for software developers to implement.  And a lot of the time, a change made in one area affects another area as well.  But that may be more so due to the software engineer's capabilities than the program itself.

**What problems is LIMSABC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all of our data in one area.  Since it's cloud based it is also very easy for anyone to access the system outside of business property when needed.  This is perfect for when emergency situations arise after hours and we need to update or implement a change.

Easy to access results, easy to create reqs

Auto fill for address does not work, some errors occur when accessioning

**What problems is LIMSABC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using lims to access results and report to client. Benefits is that results are all in one place

Lims customer service is quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about LIMSABC?**

Lots of issues that still need to be worked out. Making accessioning and filtering simpler would be a start.

**Recommendations to others considering LIMSABC:**

It's a decent system, with good customer service. It gets the job done.

**What problems is LIMSABC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adding test, and making the menus quicker to navigate.
