I can't offer plus sides considering the way Clinisys tried to force our lab into accepting an inadequate software switch from Apollo, then proceeded with shady end of contract changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No working QC Levy Jennings, software not built for Toxicology, unable to receive specimens and check sample information on same screen. Ultimately every process we were able to do easily in Apollo was going to take several additional steps to complete in Clinisys. Their favorite response to an issue? "We have a workaround for that". Software can act slow. When I’m trying to work quickly through the software there are delays which causes me to slow down on the work I’m doing. When switching from meditech to process and result lab tests it was a lot slower because of the lag with having to use the cursor. Got a little quicker as I got more comfortable with the software but still not quite as fast processing TAT, especially when compared the the most recent, Meditech. Some quest is very intuitive for lab work and resulting. There are multiple ways to do the same thing which makes learning easier for some people.
