**What do you like best about SoftLab?**

Soft was a major step forward at my institution, which had not updated its software in decades. It is easy to interface with for everyone familiar with Windows.

**What do you dislike about SoftLab?**

It can be hard to follow labs that lead to other labs when reporting results.

**What problems is SoftLab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SoftLab is much more flexible and easy to customize for different labs/types of testing. The workflow has become more transparent.

Not really anything that I don’t enjoy from this company

Many benefits by solving daily input problems and privacy storage
