LightHub was designed by a team of lawyers who handle thousands of contracts across a wide range of clients in multiple jurisdictions and industries. It has crystallised the processes and learnings into a single seamless contract lifecycle management application. LightHub streamlines the intake process, automates contract drafting, enables collaboration throughout a negotiation and is a single point of contract storage. It also provides teams with extensive reporting and data insights, as well as access to the lawyer's own contract knowledge base. LightHub is designed to handle the demands of a large contracting team and is customizable to meet the individual needs of each organization. LightHub is easy to customize in accordance with our needs, including adopting our look and feel which allows for a seamless experience when using LightHub as part of the company's tools. LightHub makes various customizable dashboards available which enable you to have easy visibility of your entire contracting landscape. With LightHub it is very easy to upload, edit and navigate through templates and intake forms which drives efficiency during my day and enables me to do more with less time. **What do you dislike about LightHub?** The only thing I would suggest is to expand on the functionality to allow for multiple users to be tagged in a matter on LightHub and that such tags then be notified to users via email. **What problems is LightHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** LigthHub drives so much efficiency in my day to day and enables me to easily navigate through matters and content because it is all available in a single place. LightHub also has multiple easy to use search functions which helps me to find exactly what I am looking for with a single click. ### 2. Additionally, the team are exceptionally supportive and willing to go the extra mile to support your requirements, be it training or enhancements **What do you dislike about LightHub?** Not much, I have used other tools in the past and this one meets my requirements in terms of both ease of use and desired functionality. **What problems is LightHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** A single portal to manage the entire lifecycle of our Contracts and assisting the team in managing contract expiry and supplier to number of contract overview (thus supporting management of supplier aggregation risk) ### 3. It's been really helpful to increase the level of self-help in the business and speed up the review process. **What do you dislike about LightHub?** Adoption has been slow, but we would need to ramp up training for users to drive adoption forward **What problems is LightHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lighthub has been helpful in keeping and managing all client admin in one place, the Lighthub process is a much more sophisticated one than previously used processes ### 4.
