**What do you like best about Liberum Help Desk?**

The Liberum Help Desk has been a great help in the organisation by acting as a platform to deal with our internal service desk. It is a free adn effective platform that uses a non-technical interface for creating and tracking and support tickets.

**What do you dislike about Liberum Help Desk?**

It is inconvenient when one wants make reports with fixed values or at least with certain filters. It also makes it difficult to study fluctuatins in the number of tickets, and define similar support problems.

**What problems is Liberum Help Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Liberum Help Desk gives an organization an option in dealing with internal IT service desk at a cheaper price. It enables the focusing in a single point of all the tickets created for handling issues related to employee support requests.

**What do you like best about Liberum Help Desk?**

Liberty Help Desk is an open source developed under the GPL licence hence it is free for use to everyone and it is a simple web interface for managing and tracking technical support problems.

**What do you dislike about Liberum Help Desk?**

Well! Liberum Help Desk as I already mentioned that it a simple web interface which is developed for small and medium IT infrastructure service providers so it services are sufficient with respect to the target audience, so personally I like it

**What problems is Liberum Help Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As Liberum Help Desk is a web based service which provides you Active Directory that runs on IIS based windows servers, configurable e-mail notification and all its feature are free as there is no proprietary
