It is very reassuring to know that the friendly and professional Liana team is always there to have your back and responding quickly.

We created a really custom email template for our use case and the Liana team was ready to tackle the problems and even proactively solved some email application compatibility issues. **What do you dislike about Liana®Cloud Email Marketing?** Adding Liana Automation to your workflow can be a bit pricey at first, but at least for us it has paid off in new leads and deals. **What problems is Liana®Cloud Email Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Liana®Cloud Email Marketing for our customer newsletters, event invitations and product update messages for our users. ### 2. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Liana®Cloud Email Marketing?** The tool is easy to use, I do not have to spend a lot of time to onboard my new team members but at the same time it has plenty of functions to get the job done and more. The integrations automate our working procedures for example with events. I also like that whenever we have a question, development need or anything else I can reach out to tech support and/or our account manager and get a quick response. **What do you dislike about Liana®Cloud Email Marketing?** We have custom-made email templates that work really well. But for occasional needs, a pre-made template gallery free of charge would be nice. **Recommendations to others considering Liana®Cloud Email Marketing:** Try it out and reach for the people at Liana; they will help you solve your email communication needs, not just onboard with the tool. **What problems is Liana®Cloud Email Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** It handles our customer communications, also for segmented lists, very well. No need for additional tools. We also have a good working integration with our event management system, which makes its use handy. ### 3. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2024 **What do you like best about Liana®Cloud Email Marketing?** They extremely good at making false promises and selling their packages (you have to 100% prepay they services for 4 month) **What do you dislike about Liana®Cloud Email Marketing?** Potential clients, beware of Liana Technologies and Services and stay away. They are only good at selling you their packages. Kuralay and her colleagues promised to generate us a lot of leads for real estate in Dubai. After we prepaid for their 4-month services 22.000 AED, Liana completely lost interest in our project. Our account manager Kuralay was not experienced in our field (real estate) and hardly could answer any questions or explain why our marketing campaign was such a failure; moreover account manager Kuralay was hard to get and very slow with her answers. To summarize, using Liana Technologies we could not realize even 25% of planned activities, we lost 4 month and 22.000 AED (plus 10.000 AED that we spent via Liana on Facebook/Meta leads generation campaign that didn’t brought us any leads). Instead of 12 email campaigns we paid for, they only sent out 3. Our manager Kuralay couldn’t explain why campaign is not generating leads. Liana Technology gave us a list of potential customers who opened emails but during phone conversations with our sales team these people said they never received and never opened these emails and have no interest in Dubai real estate. To summarize, efficiency was zero. Total waste of money and time. Total result of 4 month contract with Liana Services: 32.000 AED spent (8.719 USD), 1 lead received. Complete disaster. Moreover, company doesn’t bother with any excuses and explanations, after wasting our money and time they said “now it is start of new invoicing period” and that we have to transfer to their account another 20.000 to continue use their so-called “services”. No thank you, we had enough. **What problems is Liana®Cloud Email Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Liana only managed to sent out 3 emails out of 12 that were planned.
